Extremely negative experience. I warned the nail tech that I have dry & excessive cuticles. She cut my cuticles so aggressively that she ripped open my skin and I bled from THREE different fingers. She then put some sort of sterilizing liquid on them with no warning, which caused a scorching pain in my fingers. It's been hours and my nails are still burning with pain. The nail polish job was lacking, she did not clean up the excessive polish she got on my skin making it look like a home manicure I did myself and she kept me waiting for 20 minutes for a top coat so I just left and did it myself at home. I've never had a worse nail salon experience and will never be going back.

Great place with exceptional services. My friends adore getting their nails treated here. I got my pedicures done here a couple of times, always amazing. I would recommend.

they do a decent job on my nails usually, they never really last long compared to other places but they look good. one time, i went for a pedicure and i got a rude employee, he made fun of my feet and couldn't stop laughing. he was also hurting me, it was so painful that i had tears in my eyes. he even cut my foot in 4 different places where it began to bleed and burn. he spent 15 minutes on my feet when i paid for a full pedicure. he even forgot the top coat.

I have to say the service is ok however after two days of having my nails done one nail chipped and then two days after another nail had its polish completely fallen off. I'm not impressed shellack usually last 3 to 4 weeks and mine chipped after two days. The did not follow the shape i had wanted either they did not file my nails and there was also air bubbles in each one of my nails. Very disappointed!! Wouldn't recommend or go back!!

Listen, this place has amazing employees but they don’t do good aclyrics sets. I’ve went in to do my nails. The job was not done correctly my nails looked very unnatural and uneven. Plus my cuticles are in pain, it’s so frustrating! Within ONE week they started lifting…. for it to lift and not be done/ look correctly was very disappointing. Then one fell. Also the board says 40$ for a new set but I paid 50¿ not including tip or anything

Came in for a pedicure, my toes nails were shaped very unevenly. Then, when they did my fresh set of nails. They took so long, I had to take extra time out the following day to go back and finish my french tip nail design. I waited over an hour and the nail tech messed up the design with the top coat and instead of getting a new polish, she just continued with the dirty top coat and told me to go elsewhere if I wasn't happy without offering a refund or to make it right. Last time I checked white french tips don't have pink streaks in them. Gave this place chance after chance over the years for over 10 years because I know it's a family business however I can confidently say that I can do a better job on my own. I will never go back! Just pay the extra 10$ and go to Nini Nails or Nancy Nails, both salons are on Saint-Charles too.

I got a mani and pedi done which took me 2 hours and a half. That wouldn’t have been a problem if the my SHELLAC nails didn’t chip 3!!!! days later. I’m beyond frustrated with the time and money that I wasted for my nails to chip so quickly.
