Horribly incompetent. I was told by phone that an appointment is not necessary on Saturdays for compression stockings. And this just yesterday. My 85 year old mom undergoing cancer treatments showed up this morning by transport adapté and was told she needed an appointment. You should be ashamed of yourselves! Absolutely unforgivable!

I felt like I wasn't heard or listened to started off bad when I said hello and the gentleman said je Parle just Francis..I ask my bilingual son to join me so he could translate for me, but I was so lost and didn't understand. I even asked if I should come back or go somewhere else. I didn't want to make a show so I just stayed quiet however, I was there because I had surgery and I was suffering from neuropathical nerve damage and he kept grabbing my foot. I would ask him to please be careful.I was in so much pain, so by the time I got out I just cried in the parking lot I did not feel like my medical needs were met.However,Last year when I went it was a total different experience.

I had feet arch pain problem. I came with doctor notes at Thursday night around 7:30pm. Daphne and Sandra provided an efficient services with professionalism and patience. With their help, I bought the shoes and insole that provide better support on the feet arch and release pressure from plantar ball.The shoes I bought are very comfortable. I am very happy with the purchase and the great services. The shoes I bought helps temporarily release my feet pain problems. But I still need to see the feet specialist to thoroughly solve the problem as per the doctor’s recommendation.

My experience was a very disappointing experience I was trying to fix my electric scooter I have towed to their shop and it took them three weeks to give me an very very expensive estimate to fix the scooter and when I agreed. they wanted to replace my batteries with non-standard and weaker batteries.So I had to tow the scooter to another repair shop in order to have it fixed.I strongly recommend not to have your scooter fixed or repaired in there.

Called the medicus on sherbrooke street since its closer to home more than dozen times. No one EVER answers.Called another location further away to get info. Also asked if the Sherbrooke location was opened. They said yes. Mentioned that they never answer the phone. The woman laughed and said, Yeah. They never do. Told me to go to their location instead.

Went with my mother for shoes.She has circulation problem and feet are swollen. Had excellent service from Sylvie Cantie. She helped us with professionalism and patience. We found shoes. We are very happy customers.

They made me an appointment on the phone on October 2022 and told me 6$+tax for each break to be changed in 45 minutes.They made me to wait 40 minutes just to see the technician and after another hour of waiting he brought back my walker. He had just tightened the screws and added 2 plastic band that would take maximum 10 minutes.He said it would take 1 hour more to change the break cables. He suggested I should go back in couple of months when the break cables completely fail.He suggested that I should buy one of the bulky one of theirs for 400$. Evry time you go there no matter what, you have to pay the service charge of 46$ even if they just say hello to you. I had to pay that today.I don't go there for fancy product displays or watching service girls. Their big counter does not impress me. They talk on the phone and play like a reliable, serious public service but they are far from it.Unfortunately they get a lots of breaks (bread) from the government. I will never go back. Rip off.

I was looking for compression socks on the web and I’ve found out that medicus is selling them.Reading all the bad reviews on every Médicis in town made me wonder if that was a good place to go.At my arrival, the lady at the desk, Pascale, did such an amazing job! She was the only one who wanted clients to feel that someone is not just sitting there at her job. I had to wait 10 minutes, Luc came and he knew what he was talking about!I think the management is trying improve the experience!
