Torq Ride

Classes at Torq are a great workout. The outdoor studio is perfect for summer workouts. Great ventilation, covered, the worlds biggest fan and a misting system for when things get really hot!I thoroughly recommend classes taken by Bruce - clear instruction, challenging rides, a great upbeat soundtrack, and he has the most motivating voice!

Absolutely amazing spinning studio in the heart of Leslieville. Great sense of community, friendly vibes, beautiful space, amazing technology, awesome instructors and incredibly challenging classes. The best way to shake off the winter cobwebs and get in shape for the summer!

Not only is the space beautiful and functional, but the staff are great! I haven't been to a spin class in the few years so I thought I would sign up for one of their free intro beginners classes. It was great! The instructor was friendly and approachable and the environment was welcoming and fun. This is not your too cool for school studio, it's fun and friendly and welcoming and the class was great. Good music and a fun vibe. I can't wait to do more classes here.

First class with Charlotte and it was amazing! She was very patient with us and took time to see how we were feeling after class. The vibe was good and the music was good. Can’t wait to go back for more!

I've never been to a spin class before, so I have nothing to compare it to. Torq is a very nice facility with super high energy classes. It was a helluva workout.

Absolutely love the spinning classes at Torq! Jill’s class was amazing and her energy was so great! Music was awesome too and the faculty was clean with great equipment. Such a friendly and helpful studio for new and experienced cyclist. Highly recommend checking them out!

Best spin in the city. Great instructors who put together actual rides and not just a bunch of jumps up and down. Torq has an amazing facility and hopefully when the weather turns better we can once again do outdoor spins. Yes, outdoor spin, in the covered, lit and wired for sound Torq Alley is awesome. A totally unique experience.

If you are looking for a spin studio this is the place! If you are not sure about spinning, this is the place. If you love good music, great teachers and ultra friendly staff, this is the place!! The air circulation system is THE best so if you are still worried about Covid this is a safe place to be. The instructors will challenge you in an encouraging manner, but you can also work at your own pace as the studio is totally darkened, so if you are struggling its okay to dial it back a bit, but only a bit as the goal is to work your heart, lungs and muscles!! Check it out, you wont be sorry.
