My latest visit was a great disappointment.I have been shopping at Laura-Jo for years never had any issues, sizing was always done properly and service was impeccable. Until two weeks ago, I purchased shoes for both my kids my little one was sized small and my toddler was sized way too big.For many years this store was specialized in service and children’s quality footwear.Since the new owners took over it feels like it’s more about increasing quantity of sales and providing poor customer service.Very disappointed!

Always great service here and so many options. And now with Covid the security measures put in place and disinfecting the surfaces after each kid is amazing. I've been going there since my first daughter and still going with youngest. Wish adults had this service.(During covid and stores were shut I needed new spring shoes for my youngest so I ordered online the service online is as amazing as the store !!)
