Been very happy, my pup comes home happy and stress free, I’ve trusted them with my Scottish Terrier right from his very first grooming I haven’t had a need to ever even consider trying someone else, it’s worth the drive.

Please stay away!! Extremely unprofessional business that is being operated by a stereotypical Individual.I had booked an appointment for my pitbull. Prior to booking, I had mentioned he’s a big dog and if there would be any issues. Madison assured me nothing would be wrong and proceeded to book the appointment. However, as I arrived for my appointment, Madison was extremely unprofessional and denied the service for my dog considering he’s a pitbull.Ultimately, Madison made me drive out 25 minutes for absolutely no reason. She could have been more clearer on the phone rather than yelling at me 8am in the morning and denying the service of a pitbull.My dog is the kindest sweetheart and would never hurt anyone. Sad to see the perspective of others on pitbulls.

Absolutely LOVE Global Groomers and Wags to Whiskers! Their staff is always fantastic! I've always brought my dogs to them. I've been using them for years! Probably decades now. And, the training they do at Global Groomers is top notch!! I always feel excited to learn and they're so patient with me.

Must say I was very impressed with their service. My dog left there looking amazing. And more importantly happy. Would recommend to anyone.

My dog Flint has been coming to this grooming shop for almost a year now. They came highly recommended from a groomer in a different city and we have never been disappointed! You can tell they care and attention to detail they have for the dogs. We won't be going anywhere else anytime soon!They are also super easy to book in with and have excellent customer service.

Lacks customer service skills, was unprofessional and rude. We had many occasions where we had to cut our dogs hair when we got home because it was uneven with long spots. The last straw was when she basically told us we were abusing our dog. We typically took our dog in every 2 months but the last time we waited 3 months as we didn't want to shave him in cold weather. She told us we should know better, as he was extremely matted and his nails were curled under. I know for a fact his nails were not that long as I checked them days before booking the appointment. His hair had a few knots sure but nothing like she claimed! Absolutely inappropriate to talk down to your customers and over exaggerate the condition of their dogs. We never returned and never will!

I take my cat here once a year could not better anywhere and the price is very lowI am very happy with wags to whiskers and am going forward to continue business
