Victoria's Secret & PINK

Had a good sale on and very comfortable wear. However, there were at least 4 ladies working and only 1 at the till. Lineup was 7 people before another lady helped out. So had to wait in like for 12 minutes to purchase.

A world-famous brand, the interior is very conducive to shopping, a varied assortment for every taste and for all sizes. The staff is always attentive and smiling, it's a pleasure to be in such an environment. Fitting rooms are a separate area with its own style and character. Enjoy discounts and promotions. And of course you will be happy to leave the store with this classic pink bag)

Very disappointed with my experience in this store. Walked in with my friend and we both had the intention of buying a few bras and wanted to get measured and sized properly but the employees were too busy spraying each other with perfume to give us the time of day. They watched us wander the store looking lost and made eye contact multiple times but not once did they offer to help. We had travelled in to the city and we’re both dressed in comfy clothes, I really got the feeling that we weren’t dressed nice enough for the store and that’s why we were ignored. However, after reading others reviews, I’m now wondering if they saw our shirts from an indigenous community and decided not to help us because of racial profiling

Staff was very rude, we didn't get help with finding our size, the girl with measurement tape pretended like we aren't there kept walking to the opposite side of the room. When we tried to find a fitting room we were pushed over by one of the workers, she told us to stand outside of the fitting area and left. The rest of the staff pretended like they don't see or hear nobody. There were not many customers in the store.

Staff very helpful bought Christmas gifts there!! Asked for a couple extra bags, once they explained the policy totally understood! In all actuality they're not gift bags lol I was just too lazy to go to dollarama

Good customer service. I would give them 4 stars if they request your email before quickly asking you to pay. I would definitely visit the store again!

Very disappointed on this branch, we want to buy a lotion and perfume for our family in the philippines and they have limit of 30 per bottles a day, and they will asked if we are related, we wanna buy a lots and they are asking like that its very rude, and we are travelling 6 hrs to get this items and they will treat you like that. That is very unfair. We are paying their product, and treat us like that.
