If you need parts,keep driving! The kid at the parts counter doesn't know anything, and wants you to go to the parts room to find your own parts.

Called them asked if they could put a new clutch brake in I was told drop it off Tues and it would be done so I dropped it off called tues afternoon nope to many trucks ahead of mine maybe tomm called this morning was told IF POSSIBLE late today, I went and got my truck AND THE LEFT THE KEY IN IT OVER NIGHT not going back now they are as bad as kenworth clutch brake not done either

Called and ask for road service and was told couldn’t do it today because they are swamped! Pay 200k for a truck and no guidance on problem. Ridiculous
