Contacted Ian about a rotten smell coming from underneath my kitchen sink as I had been struggling to find a plumber who would assist. Ian identified the problem and fixed it within around 5 or 10 minutes of arriving even tho it was a bit of a struggle to get himself under the sink! I liked his honest and upfront approach and as I have a few other jobs needing done would certainly use him again. ☺️

Can not recommend Ian enough, we have used him for every plumbing job in every house we have lived. He is everything you hope to find in a plumber, genuinely nice bloke, friendly, reliable and really well priced. He does the work to an incredibly high standard and always cleans up after.Today Ian and Jordan replaced all of our radiators and they were great as always, really happy with the work not a spec of dust anywhere. Already recommended them to another friend

Ian was very friendly. However miscommunication regarding the time confirmed meant I felt the boiler service was rushed. At the time I didn’t realise that I should have received a checklist of work done. Work on the two radiator valves completed efficiently and the house is considerably warmer. Unfortunately I found that rubbish had been dumped in my front garden. Invoice was not itemised so I don’t know if there were hidden costs as no price was originally quoted.

Full bathroom ripped out.. fitted new bathroom. Looks like a different room. Stunning! Very professional team, attention to detail, perfectionists. Guys involved me and asked for my approval before going ahead. Old bath, sink, pipes etc., all removed from the property and left clean and tidy inside and out.Great guys.. and the banter comes free hahaha.I would highly recommend I.S plumbing & the team who worked along side Ian.I am one very happy customer.Thank you again Ian .

Highly recommended. I contacted IS plumbing based on their reviews and they lived up to their reputation. A local company was important to me. Ian and his team did a great job helping me to select the right boiler system and then installing it. Thoroughly professional, responsive, on time, and very efficient. They arranged old boiler and hardware collection, cleaned up after themselves, and ran us through the controls simply and easily. They also took care of a couple of other jobs I needed while they were waiting for the new vent to be installed. Can’t thank them enough and will use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks lads !

Ian and his team have just completed the Installation of an ASHP at my property. I am absolutely delighted that I chose I.S. Plumbing and Heating. The level of workmanship and the pride taken in their work is second to none. The amount of work undertaken in three and a half days was impressive to say the least. Kerry provides the paperwork and she is so prompt and efficient that my work completion and MCS Certificate were e-mailed within hours of completion of the installation. All in all from first contact to the last piece of the install it has been a pleasure having Ian and his team in my home

I've had IS plumbing to do our annual combi boiler servicing for several years now and have also had to call on their services to fix a leaking joint in our bathroom toilet. Recently I asked them to replace our old central heating controller with something more efficient and easier to program and we're very happy with the new controller they supplied. In conclusion I'd thoroughly recommend this company, their prices are very reasonable and competitive and the service is prompt and friendly.

Ian was a legend. Our boiler broke on Tuesday. He came straight out and gave is a quote for a new one and fitted it today with the added extra of a Hive mini. All quotes were stuck to, and he's extremely hard-working and efficient. Cleaned up and removed all rubbish. We will definitely use Ian for any heating and plumbing issues we have. Shame about the singing voice but we do have a nice warm house tonight.
