I was here a few months ago and was discouraged by the long wait & disorganization. New staff at reception are way more on the ball! The Doctor and Kelsey (an educator) are both very knowledgeable and a pleasure to see.

They need to be better organized with appointments. Hour and half wait again before I got up and left. Not sure why they think that peoples time is not important. Don't book so many patients in if you can't stay on time.

I have been with clinic 5years with Barrie location and have always had a great experience. Calling the clinic the CSR are amazing people and will go above and beyond to help me whatever my needs are!!

Been almost 2 weeks and they still have not forwarded my prescription renewal to my 2 suppliers. What a joke of an office.

Doctor is nice, but Highly disorganized office!!! Was out of my medication for 2+ weeks due to their lack of organization and care for the patients!! Appointments are always behind and i almost missed one through telemedicine because of their lack of organization!

Late for every appointment! I have been a patient since the first clinic opened in Toronto. They have never improved their rude scheduling. 1 hour or more waits are not cool! We have things to do.

The doctor here is great(five stars) but I have waited over an hour past my appointment time on multiple occasions. Other patients in the waiting room have been vocal about being irritated by this as well. I hope they improve their time management.
