HorribleAs a new Jeep owner, excited to get parts and modify, as we all do I’m sure.This place is an utter and total disaster and of course disappointment.I order online a month ago for curb side pick up, still do not have the part. Was told twice the part was in come and get it, went once only to wait around for an hour and then eventually be told “can’t find it, warehouse is an absolute mess.” “We will have to reorder the part for you” is another thing I have been told twice!! Still nothing!!I have called, only to be put on hold for endless amounts of time, usually resulting to me hanging up. I have emailed asking for my money back.ZERO response from the company.Don’t waste your valuable time and money with this place.

Ordered a custom bumper during Covid and it arrived in the timeframe quoted. Scheduled the install for a couple of days after it arrived and the install was great.Recently asked for a quote on headlights which came at the same price as the manufacturer but got them elsewhere for a Black Friday deal. Took them to 4WP Langley and they installed them in no time.I did want to get a new tire installed but my emails with them got “missed” and when I followed up again, the tire was no longer available and would have been a couple of weeks.I will say, emailing with them is not the quickest/easiest so call or go in if you can. Called today to follow up on an email quote I sent 2 days ago and Reese(?) put me on hold for 2 seconds, found the part on the shelf and set them aside for me. Very quick transaction!

We are off to a great start.. I ordered a set of headlights a week ago that I know are in stock at the store. Of course the day I ordered them, my card gets charged instantly, but zero order status updates. Iv called the store twice. Both times they have told me they are shipping the next day. I still have nothing here. Normally I wouldn't be so worried or annoyed, but when you spend $1800 on a set of headlights and the company you ordered them from isn't taking your order very seriously... kind of frustrating to say the least. I ended up purchasing them from 4wheel parts because they had a closer local store to me, thinking I'd get them sooner. I ordered a bunch of other stuff from a company out in Saskatoon a day after ordering my headlights from 4wheel parts.. any guesses on which stuff got to me sooner? Reading the reviews of this place, 90% of them seem to be bad in the shipping area.. I'd hope they eventually address this problem as it seems like it's on going.

Overall, it's shaping up to be better in regards to telephone wait times. I've personally been on the other end as many have as well, just waiting for long durations - but I feel that isn't the case. I've made multiple large item purchases and have been satisfied with service (especially that extended warranty in certain instances). Order times for certain products however are long, even for small serviceable parts. Staff should also be on top of incoming parts and contacting customers right away. My last purchase I had to make the call after waiting a couple weeks for an OME Strut, for it to be suspiciously in at time of my call. Anyways, minor thing - keep up the good work, slowly but surely it's getting better!

Store was very welcoming and informative. They were very honest and helpful with all our questions. Krynn was extremely welcoming, polite and helpful with everything.

Good knowledgable staff. Good prices. My go to parts store. I've never received the wrong part from these guys, while their competitor has many times. Prices are better then the competitors as well. Good displays of products, knowledgable staff. Will always come here. Been coming here since they were 4wp. Will continue to come here.
