Very clean, extremely friendly, fantastic customer service! I have a really old set of Christmas bells from my grandfather that has passed that stopped working and it meant the world to me to try to get them working. After calling other places to see if it was something they worked on and getting really ignorant answers I called J.R. When I explained what I was looking for he was honest in saying it was something he might be able to fix. When I took them in he was able to figure out the problem and have it fixed. I am extremely happy with every aspect of my encounter with this company!He will come highly recommended by us!Thank you for making my Christmas that much more special!

J.R. Electronics was not able to repair my item due to how severe the damage was on the circuit board. However, I'm extremely impressed with their response time. I emailed them on a Sunday and within a couple hours they had a thorough explanation as to why it wasn't repairable. I will definitely seek out their help for any future issues I may have.
