The last time 2 months ago, the coffee and the croissant was very good. Now their coffee tastes nothing and the croissants taste like leftover from the day before.

Horrible customer service! Went in this morning with my son and the attendant was so rude when he asked for an extra cannoli at the checkout. She started to complain to herself but loud enough we could hear and threw our plate on the counter super annoyed. I asked her if there was a problem and she just ignored me and I told her she was being super rude. Told her no customer can ask for an extra item? She continued to be rude so I left all my items and left the store. I’m never coming back!

The bread and pastries are superb! The sales people, especially the young man at the pastry shop, are very courteous and welcoming. An exception is a gentleman, who may be the manager of the shop, I am not sure. I had to deal with him twice on the same day, once when my husband and I ordered our drinks and another time when I ordered pastries to go. On both occasions, he was not pleasant at all, contrary to the way he treated other clients; he never smiled and never answered a thank you". Although we communicated with each other in simple and clear English

Came here today to let my son choose a special piece of cake for his birthday. No issues with his cake except the staff didnt give him the 1 he asked for, only noticed it at home when I opened the box, my son didnt notice so all was good I guess..the bigger reason for 1 star, I found a hair in my cheesecake, short hair either grey or blonde. It was light in colour. My family all has dark hair. Cheesecake was embeded on the stand, it was definitely baked in there! Super grossed out. Wont come back because that doesnt seem sanitary.

Ordered 2 egg croissants and 2 large latte, couldnt finish the lattes and wanted cup to go. Wanted to charge us for the cups. Wouldnt have charged if i originally asked for to go cups. Latte even tasted diluted and bread is stale.

Clean and well lit. They have nice big windows with blinds that roll down. The bread and croissants are very good and fresh. The staff is friendly and the prices are decent. They have a daily special for a coffee and croissant or muffins for $2.50 tax in. It's a great deal! Give it a try!

It has a wide selection of French pastries. Really nice place and friendly staff. I usually get the almond croissant. It is pretty big and generously filled. I believe that it has some creme patisier.I was able to order some cafe au lait and sit inside. You have to show your pass vaccinal.I recommend!

Came to pick a cake, asked the old lady what’s fresh. She is definitely not very a friendly figure. She responded that everything came in this morning. I picked the one with fruits, ate it the same day. Not so good. and had in my fridge for 2/3 days, the fruits completely gone bad.Also tried their almond croissant, i think premium maison is much better at least.
