I had an incredible experience selling my home with PJ and Property Guys. My home was listed with a realtor for 8 months with no results, but after 4 weeks listed with Property Guys my house sold. The advertising was so much more beneficial than anything a realtor offers these days. I saved thousands of dollars and I trusted myself to best represent my home in showings. I highly recommend selling with PJ!!

PJ was very professional in her approach to my sale. She came over to my house with a plan in mind and I found everything she had to say helpful, and I took her advice to help me sell. My house was only listed on MLS for 13 days when I had it conditionally sold. She was always able to answer my questions and help me through the process as I had never sold a house before. I would absolutely use Property Guys again in the future.

PJ and her team rocked right from the beginning. Her level of knowledge and her expertise where very obvious. For any questions we had, not only was she accessible and responsive, her insights where invaluable especially with how to deal with some difficult agents that were trying to bully their way to higher commissions before bringing clients (most agents we dealt with were great, it is the few that frustrate). Dealing with the offers that came in was also another thing we truly appreciated.My wife and I will definitely be telling everyone we know who to call when they go to sell their properties.Can not say thank you enough for the great service.
