This is hands down the best Indian food around…have not had a bad dish there. The rice is a little expensive my only negative though…that’s my rice in the picture BTW

Awesome Indian food in Orillia! Must-try. We had a number of curries, biryani and breads in our takeout and everything was well-prepared and flavourful.Pro tip- enjoy their amazing food at a bench in Kitchener Park and enjoy the beautiful lake views!

Amazing! We got the butter chicken with rice and garlic naan, and the chana samosa. They can get busy on weekends so be sure to call ahead early.

I ordered:- chicken vindaloo- aloo gobi- paneer masala- naan- ricePlaced my order on Sunday just after noon and it was ready at 1:00pm. Dealt with Baljeep who was very helpful and nice. Although the restaurant is closed for indoor dining it was very clean.The food was delicious! I've had these dishes from a handful of Indian restaurants and these were at the top of the list. Very flavourful, just the right amount of heat (Baljeep asked how hot I wanted it), the bread was fresh and the rice was cooked perfectly. The paneer masala had tons of paneer in it and the consistency was great. The vindaloo was a little liquidy for my liking but the taste was there. The chicken was tender, not overcooked. And the best part, I got THREE meals out of it!!! (k, not the best part obviously but a great bonus).I highly recommend 5 Rivers and I cannot wait to go back and try more. Thank you Baljeep!

Pathetic food.. we had to recook the food to eat it somehow.. photo attached is of the cooking. If possible I would have given negative star of this. The veg shahi paneer gravy was uncooked . The non veg was even more pathetic
