Service don’t return your call.

Changed to picking up garbage every 2 weeks. Our alley stinks now

Bad service and manager did not call me back after the receptionist told me that he would. I fill out the survey that wm send me by email and know answer back. It is a USA business so I would recommend to use a Canadian now that I just find out. Very very upset about the service. My cost when up over 100 % in 2 years also.I would recommend people to look around and help smaller businesses in your area and maybe better service.Regards.

Worst waste company EVER!! If there was an option to give them ZERO STARS or a negative number of stars that would be appropriate. Do not sign a contract because they will increase your monthly bill to 2.3 times or more than what other companies charge. This will happen right after your contract auto renews". They don't care about solving any problems. All they want is as much money as they can get out of you. They will tell you you owe some huge amount of money to "pay out" your contract. People can get out of residential and commercial property contracts. Why on earth should a garbage bin rental be much harder???"

wish i could put a negative 5 star review, some lumber flew off one of their trucks as they passed by me and my family, 3 year old daughter was in the cars as well, and it shattered our moonroof which tramatized my little girl. i followed the driver and got him to pull over so he could see. the management" came out and told us lies about how sorry they were

Terrible company to work with for your waste management solution. Except one driver, rest were terrible to deal with. One driver even yelled at my team one time calling them names. always nickel and diming for every small incident that happens and it’s not a small charge, my latest bill was three times higher than usual because the garbage container lid was not fully closed and one bag was hanging out by 2 or 3 inches. No warning emails sent, no phone calls. Just a huge bill. After multiple attempts, got a hold of account manager who promised that charges would not be there if we changed frequency which I did while I was on the phone with him. However, additional charges were never waived. I’m just waiting for my contract to run out and I’m running away from this company. If you are looking for a waste management company, go somewhere else, not this one.

2 weeks in a row the drivers have not picked up our garbage due to pure laziness.

Have dealt with this organization personally and publicly and have been extremely disappointed with both. I have tried to resolve with the organization and they choose not to respond.

Drivers for three straight weeks did not pick up garbage. Out of sheer laziness. One time they took my garbage cans and all extremely unprofessional. Phoned and complained nothing was done has to be the worst waste removal company in the intire country!!!

Well we missed the end date of our contract and they auto renewed on us so we're stuck with them for another 3 years. Somehow its cheaper for us to get monthly pickup than ever 3 months ish as needed (they didnt fit us in extra, just scheduled for next time they were in the area when we called). They've changed the day of our pickup without telling us, then call expecting to get in the gate when we aren't on site that day. Skipped us another time. Repoed our dumpster when invoice that they weren't sending to us wasn't paid. They're way more expensive than the competition but we can't get our management to buy out our contract.
