They do not deserve any stars from me today.Don't go there it's a waste of time. I was refused today at 4:15 when they are supposed to be opened up until 5 on Saturday. I had ciment blocks in my SUV and could not drop them they were refusing all people saying the site was full when only 2 cars were waiting at that time. I explained that it would take me 10 min max to empty my SUV. So I had to come back to my place empty the truck (since it is heavy) and will need to do this another time. The employee was complaining that they work for 10 hours, and that the city should stop people from dropping apples because of the insects. She seemed to imply that they are independent and do not work for the city. I said to her if you close at 4 then advertise that your closing at that time. Good thing I did not rent something... It seem evident to me they wanted to close early. What a waste of time...

Staff is great but the boxes to drop things are not installed super logical
