Great experience at Vout's Hearing Centre this week - my third visit and certainly not my last. Julie Vout is very experienced and Tracy on the front desk is wonderful. And thankfully, my hearing is holding up well!! :)

Testing was professional and detailed.Recommended hearing aid options were given for my choice. All my concerns about my hearing were addressed. Education on how to care for my hearing aid was given. I had a small problem with a hearing aid and one day later I had a new one from the manufacturer because of the Vout staff excellant service.

Julie and her staff were very pleasant and professional to work with. Fully explaining the various options to help me with both my hearing loss and tinnitus. I followed their recommendation and I'm completely happy with the results. I also had two sets of custom ear plugs made. Both sets fit great and perform exactly as they should. I would highly recommend them to anyone with any hearing difficulty or wanting to protect the hearing that they have.
