I’ve had surgery recently and have been out of work and in and out of the hospital. I made the employees aware I will be unable to do payments for about a month. Right before my surgery I attempted to make a payment on the phone and was hung up on. They have hounded me. Called me every day once or twice a day. Came to my house and pounded on my door very loudly multiple times while I was trying to rest and recover. Knowing my dogs where barking loudly. I do not appreciate the lack of trust and respect when I have purchased things in the past over $2000 and where always on time and have always been reliable.

Poor customer service by MOST employees. Lots of attitude and things that shouldn't be said to customers. With the exception of the store manager the managers seem to be on a power trip.
