I called this company May 19th 21 to speak to them about an account I owed. Me taking the time of the day to update my information on file and to find out my balance! Let it be know there's a person named Kash who works there he's very disrespectful and doesn't care about your your reasoning behind not making a payment, then there's a manager named Stephanie who ha no manners, she's doesn't listen just consistently speaks over you and hangs the phone on you repeativley . They should be fired!!!

They called me about an account I had with a mobile company from nearly a decade ago.. when I was in 8th grade. That account was pay as you go, so I wouldn't get any minutes or ability to text unless I bought a prepaid card. This account was closed 8 years ago, so none of this made any sense to me. The lady on the phone asked me for my personal information which I did not give. This is a fraudulent company.

They are harassing me to pay GO Transit tickets from. 11 years ago that are already paid. Furthermore they claim that this effecting my credit report witch it is not!!!! as I monitor my credit through equifax weekly and there is no trace of this file .. They dont have my up too date info so I have a hard time believing any of this is legitimate. I hope scam companies like these get noticed by the government and are delt with like the criminals they are. I gave one star just to leave a review and I honestly wish I could leave negative 5 stars.

Agent( Mark) was rude and angry because we couldn't find the information right away for it and he end up hanging up on the call. Would not answer the phone after and left message but didn't return my calls at all even after paying the full amount. Worse company that I have ever dealt and they should really start working agents and the way they speak with people. When asking to speak with the supervisor they said they are not available which is the same answer another user's review said. Try using the complaint form but when everytime submitting the form i would get an error message stating. There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.""

So I just got a call from them saying I owe 142 dollars in collections to cibc who I bank with soo correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't it be them calling me and telling me or heck like any other person they would check there online banking and see it know cause your in the negative or money been taken Last time I Checked I didn't give authorization to Cibc Give them my information last time I checked there's probably laws to fight this because throught my whole entire life I been with Cibc and Never have i had these guys call it just happen to start out no where but go ahead I'm not answering.

Getting harassing calls from this company, 3 plus times a day stating that I owe Telus money from a debt, when I call Telus they have no record of me having any kind of file with them. These scam artist say it's for a Telus TV service when Telus doesn't even offer that service in Ontario. Avoid these people at all costs

I am Sanjeeva vallepalli. My credit card and lines of credit went to collections with aro inc . Which is handled by kevin.darceuil . I was very much co-operative with them and told them what my situation is. I had made all the payments which i accepted to even though I was on employment insurance for a while. I typically explained everything to them and making payments. They took double payments and sometimes they even took what ever is in the account without any notice. Recently i had tooth issue and already explained it to them that i have to see dentist with emergency. On phone kevin accepted it and made 2 payments at the same time instead of 1. I have to ask someone else money just to go to a dentist. I called them lot of times and no answer . I called them back again on Monday he answered and said he sent it to the review and said would call back. But nothing for 2 hrs . So i called them back he was threatening me that if i still keep ask him about the review he would cancel the review. I told him this is harassment. He says i am putting words in his mouth . I tried call reception and the lady provided me with his bosses number and extension. I left 4-5 voicemails in different times but no phonecall or email back. Whenever I get phonecall from him my heartbeat goes up and I already told him about my father passing away last October. No concern about that on top if you try to ask questions he will hit back with ur not listening and you are not understanding are the phrases used by him and intimidate me with false accusations that I don’t understand simple math. He is the one who speaks on the phone and won’t let you even finish your questions and concerns. Always gives false statements. I spoke with another agent from same company but different location. She listened and help me make arrangements and friendly service. This guy straight up harasses me and don't even let me finish my questions. I already emailed him that i have heart condition and no reply. I asked him to forward to manger he straight up said no. If i get the audio recordings i wanna make them public and post them so that world can see how the harassment is with this guy. I asked in many times and many different people just to change the guy no response at all. If something happens to me because of this harassment whose going to look after my family .

Zero star!!!!!I had the worst experience with this company! It seems like the people who call you, does not understand a word you say!!! They just keep calling and calling and repeat the same thing! Asking you to confirm your address and information!!!I do not have any debt or outstanding ballance with the company they keep calling to collect for and seems like they do not want to go ahead and check with them! I called the company I purchased a product from and they confirmed many times that my credit with them is closed and there was no outstanding payment left! But yet I just receive these threatening phone calls from a very rude aggressive person who i think they found somewhere and gave him a phone and pen to just continue calling people!!!! I called Aro today and asked for a supervisor, they said the supervisor was not available and they hung up on me!!!I don't even know how these guyz are still on business!! They should be shut down completely!!!

I keep getting robo call from this company and when I answer there is no one on the line. I call them back to check why and they have no idea as they number is not not their list. I tried to see how they could help stop these call but they were rude, patronizing, curt and to top it all they cut the call when I was still speaking. Definitely none of my business is ever going to then and I hope none of my partners or suppliers ever retain their services. If I get another call from them I am reporting them to the CRTC.

I dealt with Tia. She was very rude and condescending. She even hung up the phone on me! So beyond unprofessional. Not impressed with their customer service skills! Learn to have some empathy!
