Awesome new restaurant! Eat in or grab something quick to go. Amazing merguez sausage, pickles and mint lemonade on tap (comes straight out of the wall)! I would definitely recommend visiting Salchicha on Granville Street in Vancouver.

One of the best restrans in vancouver, yesterday i went with my buddy and we got amazing Jerusalem dish and beef stew yaman spice green dip ..yammmm, service is great they have good beers, and chill fancy decoration. I'm definitely going back to this one...

There were three of us in an empty restaurant. We where in a hurry, and assumed it would be a good place for a quick bite. The waitress was extremely nice, but we had to wait for half an hour for our food to arrive (we ordered two sandwiches and a chorizo dish). The food when it finally arrived was ok. Definitely not something I would be waiting for to eat again. When we were ready to pay our bill it took us around 15 min to finally catch the waitress's attention (the place now had one additional customer at this point..) and then additional half an hour to finally pay the bill. So the final impression is that the place looks nice, the service is friendly but quite useless and the food is not bad, but not more then that.

The women who worked here were so rude and bitter.. It was as if they were working their last days before closing down for good. The food was luke-warm and the glass I was given to drink from had lipstick from a previous sipper still stained on the rim. The meats tasted unseasoned and flavorless, which was a surprise because it's a meat bar? The money I spent here would have been better spent on a food cart hot dog.

This place is amazing, unique, delicious, and decently priced for the area. Unique fusion, I'll definitely be back. The servers were very friendly as well.

Great selection of small plates and dips, suitable for eating on their own or as a prelude to one of their excellent entrees. Cozy interior and friendly staff makes you want to linger over a simple glass of wine.

Went here with a large group for lunch and they delivered above and beyond service. They gave us samplers of their menu on top of the food we all ordered. The owners are great people and extremely friendly!

Honestly, it's really good, and if you want it spicy - they deliver spicy.But I'm honestly concerned. This place would be a huge hit if it was located in Gastown. Instead, it's on Granville, where it will likely be ignored until it closes a year from now.

Stopped in on a whim and it was a great choice. Seems to be a hidden gem along Granville but feels like it would be more at home in Gastown or Yaletown. Excellent prices for what they serve and you probably won't be able to find the same deal anywhere else in the city.
