We had a great experience buying a mattress for our home guests at this shop. Steven helped us find the best option considering what we needed the mattress for and the free delivery to our door took place a day after the purchase as promised. They even helped carry the mattress to the bedroom upstairs.

I totally recommend buying a mattress at The Sleep Factory. Steven is a very nice and gentle person. He patiently explained all about the all options he had at the store. We chose one and didn't get satisfied. We talked to him again and got our mattress switched right away, with no questions or penalties. So if you guys need a mattress, go to The Sleep Factory at Orfus Road, talk to Steven and sleep better!

Bought a split king adjustable bed and a extra mattress for the cottage and Steve was amazing to deal with. I felt he was very honest and knowledgeable. He delivered on time at the right price and quality was excellent. I felt good supporting a small local business, I will definitely go back and recommend Sleep Factory to anyone I know. They also came and set up our bed and took our old mattress with them. The delivery people were professional and courteous. Well done!

Saw an ad for a couple of inexpensive mattresses, went to the store, and bought one.The staff members made it easy. They were very welcoming and friendly, and one very skillfully secured it to the car roof so we could enjoy it that very night, instead of needing to wait for delivery.So happy to replace the old, heavy king size mattress too large for the room, with this heavenly soft and very comfortable queen size. The top feels like clouds of softness, and it's very comfortable to sleep on.I fully recommend you buy your next mattress here!!

Me and my fiancé Jeremy could not recommend The Sleep Factory in Brampton more! From the moment we stepped into the store Sergio made our experience so positive. He intently listened to our needs of a custom mattress, and explained all of the different options very thoroughly. My husband and I went into the store today for the first time in search of a new bed and Stephan was amazing, he was able to really understand what we wanted and went to great lengths to help us get exactly what we needed. This Canadian family business is a great place to get good mattresses and bed frames at fantastic prices! I also had a nice time chatting with the owner, he was very friendly and helpful (also gave me a great price for everything). Because this is a local business, not only did I feel good about supporting Canadian businesses, but I will also receive my orders faster since they don't rely on import. Would recommend 100%.

Excellent place to buy mattress.The mattresses are really very good qualityand in a very reasonable price unlike other branded stores where you get the same quality mattress but way higher price.The store is not too fancy that’s why the prices are reasonable.And above all the customer service is very good.He is very polite and knowledgeable and helps you choose a mattress according to your need and budget.I bought my mattress a while ago and I’m very much satisfied with it. Plus it has lifetime warranty.So I will highly recommend this store.
