Took my car in for repairs recently . Reviewed my dashcam footage. Found the techs there revving my car for absolutely NO reason at all and just treating my car like a toy. Also on the test drive the technican who took the car out was doing pulls down the highway 2 and 1st & 2nd gear hard accelerations in town. basically wore the clutch out, clutch was completely fine when I brought it there. Owner had the nerve to tell me, oh your clutch is on the frits but wouldn't explain to me why when I told him it was fine before bringing it in...Not impressed at all. DO NOT take your car here for repairs. the techs here are rowdy and customer service is a total joke. Had to literally go through tooth and nail to get a work order printed out for pricing. What a total joke of a company.

Noticed they had one 5 star review. They really don't deserve that. My dealings with them have not been positive over the last few years. They did an inspection on one of my cars, broke the wheel stud, denied it. They towed my car on a friday, refused to let me get it out on the friday. Forcing me to pay their storage fees for the weekend. (50 bucks a day so 200 bucks extra on top of the 180 towing charge). They towed it 3 blocks.

Had huge troubles with a tire on our truck, and they helped us out instantly. Even came and picked up the truck, had 4 brand new tires at a great price, installed, balanced and mounted all super fast. Going back here for our other vehicle when it's time for new tires

Thanks again for changing my tires last minute before a long weekend. As our appointment was canceled on us from Costco last minute. Was greeted at the front cause they were supposed to be closed at 4pm long weekend I got there at 4:30 excellent staff and going above and beyond for customers like this is becoming very rare with a lot of company’s it’s good to see customer service like this is still available. Recommend for everyone to go here from now on!

Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend. I called last minute to see if we can get our trailer in there to get the tires fixed before the long weekend. We pulled it out of storage from the winter to go camping and noticed that two of the tires had a leak in them.Thank you so much Matt for your prompt service, we will definitely be going back.

Drove to Morinville from the interior of BC to pickup a 21 ft boat on a trailer. Got approximately three kilometers south of Morinville, heading back to BC, when the driver's side hub and bearing assembly on the boat trailer completely disintegrated. After contacting Roadrunners they agreed to perform the necessary repairs if I could get the trailer to them. It wasn't driveable and needed a tow truck to get it to them. After waiting seven hours on the side of Highway 2, the towing company dispatched finally arrived only to tell me he could not get it on his flat deck truck. I explained the situation to Matt at Roadrunners and he immediately went into high gear. He dispatched one of his trucks coming in from out of town to help. Dwayne and Matt got it loaded and back to the shop. A complete axle and hub replacement were ordered the following morning and installed by early afternoon. Not only that they repaired all the marker lights not working on the trailer as I was going to be driving well into the night.A great big thanks to Matt, Derrick, Dwayne and Sheena! Excellent service, value and efficiency.I was in and out in 2 hours to get 6 new tires installed on my van.Super friendly staff and it's clear that management treats them well.I've used them for towing as well.Top notch service.

Derek and Cody and all the Fella's there yesterday sure helped me out in a pinch, when my tire picked up a 6bolt. Love these guys. I would highly recommend this place for tire service. Thank you Gentlemen

Took the vehicle in for rear struts. Told the shop it's needs the rear struts replaced. They replaced tie rods and sway bar bushings then called it good. The problem was not resolved.
