We love this place! Tails team has a very through approach when accepting pups, to make sure it's a nurturing environment. They really helped our dog to learn how to communicate with other dogs in a healthy way.

Our puppy, Oscar, requested that “Home Human” (my new name??? I guess?) leave a stellar review of Happy Tails Urban Adventures. He’s been a twice-a-week daycare student since he was 5 months old (now 11 months).Things Oscar likes (his words):- Humans are more fun than Home Humans.- Many doggo friends, but not too many at once. (And the Daycare Humans help me learn to bark less at my friends so that I can keep my friends. I guess they have a point.)- Cool play area with doggo friends. No loud, scary cars.- Treats. Lots of treats for doing things that are fun anyway, like running to a Human when called. (Home Humans say this is “practising recall.” I call it “running to the treats.”)- Nap time. I didn’t used to like nap time very much, but the Humans helped me learn to chillax. Kinda. If I have my kong it’s pretty cool. And my friends are there so I like that.Things Oscar dislikes (his words):- When Home Human won’t let me pull her to go in faster.- Going home.- Walking out the door to go home.- Leaving doggo friends to go home.- Leaving Fontaine, Tashi, Alice, Bridgette, Fontaine, Tashi, and Fontaine to go home. (Sometimes I lie and say I haven’t seen Fontaine yet so Home Human lets me say hi again on the way out. I know I’ve forgotten trainers, but HI TRAINERS!)Things the Humans like (our words):- Oscar pretends he has a strong stomach (he doesn’t), and the HT team has been amazing accommodating his food needs.- Oscar gets bananas excited about other dogs and new humans. His energy level and play style are OTT. He desperately needed a safe way to socialize with puppies his own size/energy level (he’s an Old English Sheepdog), and the HT team has gone out of their way to make that happen while keeping all doggo friends happy and safe.- Oscar has grown (literally and figuratively) leaps and bounds in HT’s care. The team always has tips for what we can do at home to help him acclimatize and learn. He’s learned to play more politely, self-soothe and rest better, and even has some fancy new recall skills (we still need the high value treats – but his brain is getting there.)- In sum, Oscar has high needs for training, energy levels, and food limitations, and HT has been an incredible help, all via R+ training. Our sanity remains intact because of them.Things the Humans dislike (our words):- Nothing. Zero. Zip. Nada. Go book now. Seriously. Christmas pic below c/o HT Team.

Great services from great people. It’s one of those places which gives you that vibe that they actually care. I don’t have a single worry leaving my pups with them for any period of time, whether it be during the day or over several weeks. That peace of mind is something money can’t simply buy. Thanks guys for the great service!

It's been over a month since I enrolled my 7-month old intact male golden doodle puppy. He has thrived on his twice a week half day visits receiving mental stimulations training from Fontaine's team and socialization with other puppies. I noticed his leash manners and socializations skills have improved during my walks with him. Bunnie definitely loves his day care as each time we drive up he gets so excited when he recognizes it. He can't wait to get inside to join his mates and the caring crew at Happy Tails. I will definitely look into adding the dog walking and buddy hikes as options as soon as Bunnie is neutered. Stay tuned for further review updates...

So happy that Happy Tails daycare has opened - we've been with them since the beginning. Our puppy loves going, and we have peace of mind knowing that she's well cared for, gets some extra training, and comes home tired, calm and well socialised. She even has new friends! During the day I can check the Paw Partner app for updated pics, and scheduling is easy using the app. I can confidently recommended Happy Tails to others looking for a top level daycare.

Fontaine is amazing. I have a very nervous little rescue and she has been so incredible dealing with her. She takes the time to connect and give treats and each walk my dog is less nervous and even excited to head out with her.I hired Fontaine when I was in self isolation and she was so flexible, kind, and professional. Can’t recommend her enough!

Our black lab LOVES happy tails! She practically leaps out of the car to see her friends and comes home relaxed after every visit (which we are so grateful for). Fontaine and her kind, knowledgeable team take great care and cater to the needs of every individual dog to have a successful day. We feel confident leaving our pup here (and even getting a pet taxi to/from if needed). After a few visits we noticed our already friendly dog become even more social with both dogs/people out in the community/ on walks. My favourite part is hearing how the day went and seeing photos of all the dogs having fun together. Whether it’s a full day or half doggy daycare day, your pup(s) will have a wonderful time here! Highly highly recommend - from a dog mom who spoils her dog every chance she can get :)

We have a now 7 month old puppy and he has been going to the daycare since they opened. He absolutely loves it! He can't wait to get out of the car when we arrive. Fontaine and her team are so great with the dogs and being so young, he is learning so much. The space is great with a lot of activities to keep the pups entertained. We feel so comfortable leaving him at the daycare knowing how well he is taken care of!

Our dog, Ridley, absolutely loves Happy Tails. He's a big, sensitive pup so it's important for him to be in an environment led by folks who follow a compassionate and science-based approach to dog training. Fontaine and her team are wonderful. They use the Paw Partner app, which makes enrolling a breeze. It's also easy to make or change reservations through the website. The best part is getting photo updates throughout the day and seeing that my boy is happy, healthy, and safe. Can't recommend them enough!
