This was my first appointment for an eye examination at Toronto Eye Care on Friday, June 29, 2018. I highly recommend them. Everyone was welcoming, professional and caring. Their efficiency from my telephone appointment to my visit was amazing. Thank you Dr. Mira Acs for taking care of me and for sharing your immense knowledge with me. You made me feel so comfortable. And..... Alessandra, you are wonderfully efficient and you create such a beautiful and relaxed experience on the phone and in person. Thank you also to the other staff members who were responsible for my eye tests. I have absolutely no hesitancy in referring others to Toronto Eye Care.

Wow, the rudest people I have encountered in two decades in Toronto work here. Walked in with a pediatric emergency, extremely rude and it turned out they lied to us about the doctor not being there. Why have a business if you don't want to work? Why go into the medical profession if you don't want to help people?Edit: No, I did not mistake this business for something else as the reply seems to suggest.

To the rude staffer at BWV: we might question clinic policies" but would probably return if you were slightly polite and caring about service experience. More than once we've experienced your off-hand

Been a patient since 1998. Drs. Kawale, Nolfi and all the staff at Toronto Eye Care are extremely professional, highly skillful and deliver the upmost in vision care. The clinic is always featuring the latest in vision examination technology, so you're assured that you're getting a comprehensive eye examination. Highly recommended to anyone in need of an optometrist.

Been going to Toronto Eye Care since the 90s and their original small walkup location closer to Yonge. Dr Kawale has provided me excellent eye care for all of these years, including a referral within the last couple of years for cataract treatment. I no longer live in Toronto, but I make sure to schedule my eye exams for those occasions when I am visiting, because I trust him (and the rest of the staff there) with my vision.

I drive in from Barrie because Toronto Eye Care is just that good! Dr. Kawale has been my eye doctor for the last 15 years and yes I tried someone in Barrie. No comparison! Dr. Kawale is patient, kind, knowledgeable, professional and just plain a nice person. The last doctor I saw set me up with a prescription that did not work and Dr. Kawale fixed me right up. Shout out to the girls who fit your glasses who are awesome and thorough as well. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! I have recommended Toronto Eye Care to many and will continue to do so.Great job!

My partner and i have been long-time patients of Toronto Eye Care and Dr. Kawale. we are grateful for his care and that of his entire staff. As soon as you walk into the clinic you get a sense that they like what they do, who they do it with and why they do it - the patient. I generally do not do a review for things such as this but as the experience is always consistent and exceptional i thought others should know if your seeking a new eye dr.

Thorough and efficient eye exam, top notch protocols for coronavirus, and nice, knowledgeable staff. Had a fun time chatting with Dr. Nolfi as well! For getting there within the Manulife building: enter from Bay St, roughly across from the Tim Horton’s and you’ll find Toronto Eye Care easily on the first floor.

It was the first time I visited a eye care center in Toronto, and I had a great experience! Everyone I met was so professional and nice. They explained to me very well. Well equipped, clean and spacious place, and patients looked comfortable in there.

I brought my 3 year old in for an eye exam earlier this year. The team was absolutely fantastic. Dr. Kawale was friendly and patient, and put my daughter at ease. He even made her a balloon animal :) and when he heard it pop after we left the office, he ran out to make her a new one!I really appreciated that he took the time to explain what was happening and what the results meant.
