We are very happy with our new windows and garden doors from Ambia. Tony was easy to work with and even let us know that we were eligible for a Canada Greener Homes grant and introduced us to an Energy Advisor. The windows look amazing and have really updated the look of our house. We already notice a big difference in sound and warmth. We were happy to find out that the windows could be black on the outside and white on the outside. Ambia also did a wonderful job with the capping and in the colour we wanted. The Ambia crew were very professional, quick, and the workmanship is impeccable. Tony dropped by twice to check on the progress of the job which we really appreciated. Thank you Ambia!

We replaced all 17 windows and 1 side door with Ambia in early 2023.Tony was great to deal with when preparing for the project, proposing layouts and recommending an Energy Advisor for the grant's audit. He kept us informed during the time leading up to the installation, and followed a few times with us after completion to see if we were satisfied or needed some questions answered. He provided great customer service.Dragan and his team of installers were punctual and efficient performing the whole installation in 2 days.We are very pleased with the result.

I reached out to a couple of companies to replace my windows and patio door. I settled on Ambia for various reasons. I felt Tony was transparent with the entire process including meeting me at the manufacturer’s show room. I replaced 15 windows along with the patio door, and I am very happy with the quality of the product. The installers were very efficient, and everything was done in 2 days. There were a couple of minor issues (mainly cosmetic) and I reached out to Tony which he arranged the paper work with the manufacturer for these parts to be replaced. This only solidifies that Tony/Ambia do care about customer satisfaction and Tony will go above and beyond to guarantee it. I highly recommend Ambia for your door/windows project. Tony will not disappoint.

I hired Ambia in 2018 to install new windows and doors. The installation had beautiful results and it was a true pleasure working with Tony, who gave meticulous customer service throughout the process for a smooth installation. In 2022, I had a problem with my front door (product problem, not installation). Bearing in mind that Ambia is not in the after-market repair business, I called Tony with the intention of finding contact information for the manufacturer, or even a third party repairer. I was surprised when Tony took it on himself to coordinate a replacement component from the manufacturer, called me regularly to keep me posted of status, and even did the repair himself once the part arrived. To me, this is exemplary customer service, way above and beyond, and I fully commend Tony. Ambia is completely a class act, highly recommended.

We are extremely satisfied with Ambia Windows. We wanted to replace all our windows as well as front and back entrance doors. Tony was involved in the process from start to finish, and was extremely diligent and helpful. We had a good deal of back and forth but he never showed even an ounce of frustration. Pricing was transparent and he even made several very helpful suggestions to make the cost affordable without compromising quality. The project was done on time and for the minor delays we experienced, we were informed well ahead of time even though the reasons were out of Tony's and Ambia Windows' control.We could not be more satisfied with the final product and after-service so far has been excellent as Tony followed up to ensure our satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ambia Windows as I would definitely use them for future projects.

We got all our windows replaced by Ambia on November 2022. Thanks to Jimmy, Eric, Chris and their teams Tommy x2 and Ted did an excellent job replacing our windows and they left all the work area clean after the installations. Jimmy recommended that we got the triple glazed window as part of the greener home grant. The triple glazed windows from Stage made a world of difference inside our home. The windows look amazing and have really improved the look or our house. Minor quirks, there are 2 minor caulking issue and Ambia said they will come back and fix it (is mostly cosmetics). Overall, I've already recommended Ambia to two of my friends.

Ambia is a good company to go with for windows and doors. Jimmy was readily available to go over details and was patient with all my inquiries. He recommended casement picture windows, which made my windows look so much bigger! I replaced almost all my windows in the house and installed a new backyard door with a glass and screen insert. Everything was really nice quality.The installation was fast, quality okay.

I am extremely happy with the windows I got from Ambia. Cameron was very helpful explaining the pros and cons of my inquiries during the quoting stage. He worked diligently to provide the best possible solution to my needs and within my budget.Installation day was delayed due to the supply chain issues and other unexpected circumstances. However, Cam kept me in the loop and provided updates along the way.The installers, Chris and his team, were very professional. They came on time and did a great job finishing the install in one day. They cleaned up after and took all the old windows and scraps.Tony gave me a follow up call a couple of days after just to make sure everything went well. I would gladly recommend Ambia to my friends and family.

I’ve used Ambia in the past for other properties that I own but now it was time to use them for my primary residence. They are fantastic. Tony is knowledgeable about the various options available to you to match the design and look you are going for. Dave, the installer is also amazing. Super clean, professional, friendly and quick. Our project was a pretty big one and it was completed within 1 week. I highly recommend Ambia and their crew for your window and door needs.
