Rude/lazy sales girl every time I shop at this location. Mat&Max generally is a good store and reasonable priced. The girl here doesn’t wanna help customers at all and all she cares about is looking at herself in the mirror at the back. If people steal from this shop she wouldn’t even know or care. Feel sorry for the owner.

Very unprofessional staff, the girl with the silver/blond (shoulder length) hair is someone that doesn't deserve to work at this place. She talks to you like you're less than a human when you are simply trying to get information about a product. If the company wishes to make money, i recommend firing her. She gives a bad image to the company. Would give less than a 1 star if it was possible. Will never go to this Mat&Max ever again until the staff changes.

Extremely unprofessional service by the customer representative working at this store. Have never come across an individual so ill-equipped to handle customer requests with even the barest minimum of training and manners. Instead of providing actual help, the salesperson chooses to fiddle with her phone and then respond rudely to any questions. Disappointing since the other branches of this company always have such highly trained and proper sales reps.
