I had a wonderful experience shopping at the Source Cambridge Centre location. Naz, Dhaval, and Paul delivered fantastic customer service and worked extremely well together to get me the exact phone I was looking for. They took the time to review different contract options with me and they went above and beyond to track down the phone I was wanting (iPhone 13 Pro Max) at a different Source location. Definitely recommend shopping at this location!

I would rate the customer service I have received from this store the worst I have received anywhere in over two years! First, when I called ahead, I was told they did not have the product, that I wanted. When I went online it said they did so I ordered online with instore pick-up and it was available within hours. Then when I went to the store to quickly pick-up my product I waited for over 30 minutes while they tried to figure out how to give me a receipt. Finally I left my name and email address and asked them to send me the receipt. After a day I received nothing so I called the store back and talked to the manager" who had equally terrible customer service. All I wanted was to have had them email me and send me a receipt or send me an email to say they were working on getting it and sorry for the inconvenience. The manager actually said to me

I usually don't criticize any employee for their bad customer service or any store for their bad service. I have also worked in customer service so I know what customers expect from you. writing this review after my 2 bad experience with this store.1. Few months back I wanted some Sony headphones which obviously they don't have it in stock and employee told me that they will give me a call back once they receive the product. I never received a phone call.2. Same story. Few days back, I went to store and they didn't have the product. Instead of helping me, they started asking about my network provider, how much i am paying, etc etc. OK i get it. We all want money. You'll get commission for new connection but first help me to find the product I am looking for. I clearly asked them Can you get this from other store?" and they were so confident. Like yeah yeah we'll call you in a week. No call back. When I asked them after a week. there was no update. So if you don't have any system for store transfer. Just say no to customer

I had very unpleasant experience with Nazim . I went for new cell phone plan and during negotiations he said he will match offer from other source. Without customer permission he snatched information paper about other source . He called and then he confirmed from source (kitchener) and on top of that he wasn't able to match it.Waste of time and won't recommend any one wasting time here for black friday. Try your luck at kitchner/waterloo for best deal.Nazim isnt man of his words!Fyi: got best deal for black friday from other source!

Ahhhhh The Source. It's kinda like GameStop, a broken template that hasn't gone away yet. Today I was there for some headphones. Simple enough I guess. I'll just grab the ones I wa- everthing in this store is tied down. 20$ sony headphones you can find in a gas station and The Source locks them up. Literally each item is locked. And the staff. The single staff!!! He was selling a cell phone...sort of...I think. For 10 minutes I waited for him to at least put cell phone guy on pause. Lol oh no. Best to look away when I glance over. I was there so long, when I left I was low key surprised I wasn't attached to something. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dinosaur of a store.

They don't honour the prices that they promised in writing two days ago. When I confronted them about it, the sales associate Naz who promised the prices said he was doing me a favour by offering the price and the plan is not that cheap. He did not apologize and was laughing at the other end. I have so attached the written proof of the prices. They also offer non students a student plan and blame it on them for accepting it.
