Order gates from this company and they shipped them to me damaged. Dented and scuffs in the powder coating. When I sent them pictures they refused to refund or fix them. They're cheap for a reason!

I'm not sure why there are all these negative reviews. If a company can reproduce a metal product and the image is lifted from the web - so what? Unless it is copy writed which many images are not - who cares? Anyway, TAIMCO was great. They beat the only other company willing to do a custom gate by $400 less, delivered rush shipping in time for an event, and were communicative. They even helped walk me through the best materials to install and I sourced those locally from a fence shop. Five Stars!

The log rack I purchased was exactly as I wanted it, there was no problem shipping this big of an item. I would personally recommend if looking for metal work done.

Don't be in a rush for items. Ordered on Spetember 14, not sure what 'in stock' means but it took them a month to ship. CANPAR lost the item, when I reported the loss to Taimco I was told it would take 5-7 weeks to manufacture a new one (still says 'in stock') and I would need to pay more as the item was more expensive now. Requested a full refund instead. Be warned.

I called in today asking if they provided a specific service however I was informed that they don’t provide it. Unlike the previous companies however, Daksh took the time to explain the work I needed and referred me to someone that could help me.Although I didn’t require their service ultimately, I really appreciated the fact that someone took time out of their day to help me understand something that I clearly had no idea about without being rude.I also appreciated the referral!

Very pleased with the service from Moe P. We had a bit of a confusion on which unit was shipped . But Moe looked after tracking down the correct unit ,even though there was a back order for that Model . He found one and had it shipped in a few days .
