Always wonderful service at this KFC location! Unfortunately they also have the worst gravy I've ever tasted at any of the KFC locations. I tried contacting customer service and unfortunately I've seen no improvement which is such a shame because they do make delicious, hot and fresh chicken every time I go there! I've been eating KFC for as long as I can remember but it's just not the same when the gravy is lumpy yellow flour water. I hope they fix this.

Chicken was delicious, but husband was very upset that the gravy is tasteless now, like thick water. I don't personally use gravy, so I didn't mind but if you want gravy to eat your chicken with, this is not the place.

30+ minutes wait for drive through? 6 pce bucket of chicken only had 5 pieces? Avoid this place at all cost. Never ever will I waste my time here....

Really unimpressed with the food and service my friend and I received this afternoon. Even tho one of the male staff said we could eat our food inside, the female cashier didn't seem too happy and bagged up our food anyways. We asked if we were still allowed to dine in and she seemed unimpressed and then said we can dine in but the bathroom was out of order. No problem. We started to eat our food and found that the food was not fried enough, looked pale and the breading was either partially raw and the chicken ribs were overpriced for what we got and there was virtually no flavour!! I'm now not feeling so great and give this KFC a big thumbs down. Won't be eating there anytime soon.

Food was fast, venue was (appropriately) clean for the time of day (supper period), service was decent. (Attentive but not friendly)Letdowns included disfunctional AC, slightly cold food (not warm at all), and high price.Flavor was good. Buns were kinda dry and brittle, pop was not mixing appropriately (tasted flat, perhaps low CO2). Nobody looked like they were happy to be there. I've often refrained from coming here because their drive through is infamous for being slow.It wasn't spectacular. But it didn't suck. I'll return again. But not soon.

Why is the gravy so bland? There's absolutely no taste to it? Aren't they supposed to have the same recipe everywhere? Disappointed with there gravy, but the customer service is always on point and chicken is usually not too greasy!

Gravy is not kfc gravy. Thought the company changed it, but have had it at another location recently and was the OG kfc gravy.
