Grabbed a hat marked at $6, got to the till and staff would not honour the price, insisted it was $18 and nothing they could do about it. Zero customer service skills. There was many of the same hats labelled at the same price too, not like one got labbelled by accident.

Went with a colleague to get some custom hats stitched up. Kyle was attentive and helpful. He talked to us about different options for hats and talked some sense into me about the design I had in mind. Had he not shared a word of caution about the limitations of the stitching process, the hats would've turned out poorly. They look fantastic. Exactly what we needed. Thanks Kyle.

Bought a fitted MLB hat for a gift it was to small never worn all the attached they refused to exchange it for the proper size reason bring it was over 30 days of the purchase date. I have not and will not be back .

The worst customer service . They talk amoung themselves but never seem to ask a customers if they need help . Don't bother if you have a bigger head , most hats in small or medium..

Love Lids products and prices. Can never ever beat it. They are the best place on the island to get new era selection around.It's a little bit of a disappointing feeling to make this review;This place used to be sooo wonderful, can't even shop here anymore because the staff is so lack lustered. Went in tried to ask who I think is the manager for help and she said she was busy... on a Facebook messenger call on her cellphone that was on speaker phone and she was laughing and joking to the person on the other end ...... I managed this location in the past and I know this sort of thing is pretty frowned upon.Just a note,Put more effort into hiring and maintaining staff at this location. They obviously need a lot more support than they are receiving...The turn out rate at this location really is horrendous. And I think that says a lot about how much support people have in their position to be successful.I know from personal experience a particular member from upper management was very unsupportive and I constantly felt like I was being talked down to and was expected far more than my job did entail.This is 2021 do better! Find better! Train better!!

Walked in with my dad and brother to buy a hat yesterday. Two people working there, a guy and a girl, did not even acknowledge us and kept talking amongst themselves. We kept looking and they never offered to help. Then when some other people walked in they acknowledged them. We were going to buy something but decided to leave and never come back. Super rude employees. Customer service needs huge improvement.

Super rude and zero customer service skills. I went in to buy a hat and the guy that was working was sitting down on a display with his head down on his phone and did not even acknowledge me when I came in. I was looking at hats and asked him a question about one of them and he snapped at me like I was bothering his phone time which was clearly more important than selling hats. These hats are not cheap they are about $50 including tax and I walked out to go shop where people appreciated my money. I came back to the store on my way out of the mall and told him why I had left because he was rude and dismissive and his response was just like his demeanor. It is no shock why their Google rating is so low. The mall was empty and I was the only one in the store but it is a good thing business is so good that you can lose good customers by being really rude and dismissive. I have only bought my hats from LIDS for years but they have lost a good customer. I asked for the supervisors contact information and he told me to get it from the website. Ridiculous and rude treatment I won't be back.
