Walmart Supercentre

I went to the watt common Walmart to buy a pair of pajamas. They didn’t have my size so they sent me to the Calgary trail Walmart in Edmonton to exchange it. (Note, I bought this for $17 and was M size but needed Large)Upon arrival to the customer service desk, the expressions were feeling a bit “off”. I ignored it and went forward with my exchange. They then take my product away from me and asked me to pay them $30 for a new size as that was their price. I didn’t want this but they said that it was their pricing. I asked for my product back but they said no. I asked for the manager and she said to provide the same price. The employee gave me THE SAME SIZE BACK. When I asked for the large size, she just took my pair and tossed me the large size without registering it into the system and gave me a rude stare, practically telling me to leave in her head. If I were to return this item in the future, it would most likely show up as unpaid and I wouldn’t receive my refund. Honestly the most TERRIBLE customer service in my life. The only thing that made this better was the manager who only wanted customer satisfaction and was willing to give up some money for it

I watched a lady who was unable to purchase nail polish remover today. If you treat everyone like criminals you won't get any business. Do you really think she was going to purchase all her other items and steal only the nail polish remover? Ridiculous.

This was one the southpark branch at Calgary Trail. There was a shelf of flannel sheets on sale that was on $24. We took a queen size at the checkout and it scanned at $39. The person assisting at the self check counter called the Front End Manager Sabina to check. She ended up taking a different color telling us that she cant give what we took at $24. We told her that the shelf has 2-3 other of the same product how come it’s different. Her answer was maybe because other customer put it there and she doesn’t know because it’s not here department. Told her that we checked the whole Home section because we’re trying to find a different design but that’s the only shelf and if that’s not her dept, just let us talk to someone in that dept. She doesn’t want to honor the price advertised on the shelf insisting that she doesn’t know and it is what it is. We told her that it’s false advertising and they should honor the price. After a few back and forth, We told her we’re not getting the item anymore and she just turned her back to my husband, without saying sorry or asking if there’s anything else she can help with. Just very bad customer service. When we told her about it, she just said you’re not the only customer and i have a lot of things to do. Raising your voice to a frustrated customer is not acceptable too.I don’t usually put a negative review online but this experience is really bad and Walmart should not be putting someone who has no people skills as a manager.

Been accused multiple times in self checkout of not scanning something. I get stopped right before I’m about to pay and the employee demands I prove to them that the item was scanned. The first couple times I was polite, today it happened and I started to get upset. This is humiliating. They have those little tablets to keep track of orders. If I had genuinely made a mistake, that still wouldn’t be the way to handle it. So accusatory! I’ve been forced to scroll back through my items, point out where they are in the list, and then I can finally pay. Today I felt so humiliated about it that I won’t be shopping here anymore.

there is a racist lady in the cosmetics with the specs on and she talks so rudely with asian people. please ask her to behave nicely. never experienced anything like this before at this location

I have already to spoke to a manager and head office but I hope this will help shopper's as well.... check dates before buying this store is really the worst walmart I have been to and are going to end up getting someone sick with there out of date products on there shelves

When I walked into the Walmart with my legs, the door opened and I waltzed through. I didn't go through the floor because it was solid and that was great. The store was clean and the shelves had stuff on them that you were able to buy. The cashier scanned my stuff, and even put it in bags for me like a kind person. I would recommend going here for a friend because friendship is magic.

Ordered items through ubereats, ordered 2 cases of club soda but only received one with no special notification that a change was made. Later a price adjustment was tacked on to my order in the amount of my missing item. Essentially my order total didn't change even though an item was missing. Complained to ubereats and they stated that both the removal of the item from my order and the price adjustment were initiated by Walmart (not the shopper/driver). Looks like FRAUD to me. Also ratings for grocery stores don't show up on ubereats like they do for restaurants, which is why I am leaving my review here.
