Great store and fantastic customer service! I live well north so it was a bit of a trip to come down, but spoke with the owner on the phone prior and he was able to tell me if he had everything I needed. He said if he didn't, he'd get it in for me! He had all I needed, so I made the drive and he had everything set aside with my name on it ready to go. I am new to hydroponics and he took the time to listen to what I planned on doing, gave me some really good advice on what I should do and then took the time to show me how to put it all together. Couldn't ask for better! I won't shop anywhere else - Barrie Homegrown Hydroponics is the BEST!!

Awesome guy! Instead of trying to sell me a 50$ bottle of neem oil he gave me a free sample big enough for my tiny grow. Awesome customer service, I'll be coming back for sure.

my first time here and I'm still learning about everything. This guy I'm not sure if he's the owner or not but he's top notch! Prices are great customer service is awesome and this guy definitely did not try to upsell me in any way if anything he gave me alternative options and did not try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff I do not need at this time. Highly highly highly recommend to anyone and everybody!

What is it with Barrie and ending your day at 5 . People work . And weekends are the best time to shop . The industry is not 65 year old farmers anymore. If the city is open . Why would you not want to be . Money is money . If the spot is being paid for. May as well show up to work and hire staff.
