Had a great full day paddle with guide Tom. The equipment was in top notch condition, and they accommodated our request for single boats (as opposed to a lot of places that only have doubles). They had a variety of boats, so they could accommodate different body shapes and the guide took my recent knee injury into account when recommending a boat for me that would be easier to get in/out of. The provided lunch was great! The scenery was amazing! I had a great day on the water :)

I’m 41 at the time of posting this review, still have the book bag I went to high school with made by this lovely business, also still have my hockey bag from minor hockey days made by them. Both still in great condition & not because I haven’t tried to ruin them! My children all have their backpacks & pencil cases!! Great family, Great business!

Our family has purchased bikes, boats, packs and other gear here and always receive great advice and excellent service. We have also completed several clinics, attended paddling events and enjoyed the challenge of two multi-day custom tours with their highly knowledgeable guide. We'll be back!

I dropped off my giant bike for repair and if taken over two and a half months just to receive the part. Extremely slow service without even fixing what I wanted fixed would not recommend taking anything there to be fixed or repaired...Update: I recently received my bike back and was properly fixed. No complaints on the labor and repair.

Came into the shop at lunchtime to have my bike brakes checked/get new brake pads, only to be told that there was no one in to do this for the next two days. Very disappointing. First bad experience on my 4 week Maritime cycling trip.
