FlixBus stop

Reserved a window seat but was disappointed to find that seats were not assigned. Instead, it was more of a game of musical chairs mixed with mass confusion. Don't sell tickets with a seat row and number assigned to them if it's just going to be a free for all.

Worst service ever. They canceled my reservation a couple of hours before traveling. No one answers or gives options for more trips in the same day.

My first Flix trip was from London to Ottawa in May 2023. This is a 8+ hour ride and I chose to use Flix since it advertised reclining seats, extra leg room, wifi and power outlets. The bus that picked up in London (just off the street) had no wifi and the driver said it was a temporary bus that had no wifi capabilities" and that we would transfer to a different bus in Scarborough. I was also given an assigned seat number however the bus had no seat labels and people sat wherever they wanted. The first bus had sockets but none worked and seat reclining did not work. I was looking forward to the bus in Scarborough being what Flix has advertised. The bus from Scarborough to Ottawa subsequently HAD a wifi network but no sockets at all. The bathroom on the bus was out of toilet paper and was very dirty (even though I hadn't seen anyone use this). Once I got to Ottawa I was debating cancelling my Flix reservation back and going with an alternative carrier however I understand that sometimes busses break down and companies have to send what they can in their place. A few days later my ride home was the exact same situation as the ride there. Other frequent riders indicated this route is always like this. All in all

Not all drivers are created equal.

In Toronto Union it was great! On my return trip home from London Ontario the stop was moved and there was no sign at the new stop a few blocks down. A citizen saw us waiting at the ok old stop and told us it was moved a few months ago. So we ran and saw some others standing waiting. But no signs !

Worst experience ever !!! The pickup point is literally on the road, it's open, no sign, no waiting area no contact information, old address on the internet. Seems like they are going bankrupt. Better close it down.

Terrible experience, the driver said I had a error on my booking and wouldn’t give me the time to change and update the booking. It’s late and he just left me with no regard.

They not only didn't show up to the stop, (they passed our stop) they refused to give me a refund to a trip I couldn't take because they didn't show up. These people are grass feeding animals.

The service was okay however when I booked my ticket the price was in CAD but my card was charged in USD. I contacted flix customer service through email but got no response It has been over 2 weeks
