They got my order wrong so I called to get it fixed, the next day they said their was no record of a complaint. After calling the other A&W to talk to the manager they decided to give me my refund only for them to screw up that order as well. The people working must have a learning disability or something

The people who work here are some of THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL people I've ever encountered. Their food is hit or miss. Nobody takes pride in what they do here, and the employees are always rude and dismissive. I get that it's a fast food chain, but at least take pride in what ya do no matter where you work.

Decided to give this place another try, was given my hamburger immediatwly after I paid and asked to wait out front.Eventually I was told they forgot to drop my side after Id already had my hamburger and been sitting waiting for my order for 15 minutes.Finally got the rest of my order, and when mentioned to the girl in the window was told at least your rings are fresh"only to get home and find the soda machine used to fill my drinks was out of syrup

Stood in line as the only customer in the store. 2 employees stood there and looked at me, neither one even acknowledged my presence. The one with the head set looked at me 4 or 5 times. The other employee came right up to the counter to wash their hands, and didn't say anything. Had to buy a gas station sandwich instead. I would give it zero stars but thats not an option. Don't waste your time here.

A bit of an a nuance to be served by a trainee who was assisted by a staff member, but I understand that that’s the best way to learn. Food was fast, order was correct and staff was polite.

Love A&W, but there was NO quality control on the onion rings....soggy, greasy, mushy onion rings that were all broken pieces. It only takes about an extra minute or two to cook them from frozen. DON'T LET THEM THAW OUT BEFORE YOU DEEP FRY THEM!!!!! Just saying.....

This place was my goto for breakfast. One of the few places that was open at 6 am. Today it wasn't opened at 6. I spent some time on my phone to figure out where to go next. As I was leaving the lights came on.

Food was tasty, hot and ready fast. Unfortunately I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before the clerk even acknowledged i was there.
