My friend and her daughter were both trapped in the elevator on two separate occasions. Still will not replace the way outdated elevators in the building. Many handicapped people live in this residence. A lawsuit waiting to happen and still no long term solution. They keep bandaiding the building instead of real repairs. Do not recommend anyone to live in almost squaller conditions.

I have mixed feelings about this building, I was born and raised in this co-op building. It's literally my childhood home. My family and I lived here for about 14 years (I'm about to turn 22 ) The area is absolutely amazing for raising children. But looking back on how they treated my mom..it's disgusting. Management is horrible, creepy people live in the building, a lot of fighting and drugs. You either have normal folks trying to raise their kids or trashy junkies living amongst each other.From personal experience, management is horrible.(especially this guy named Bob, who isn't there anymore) real nasty man. Had no respect for my mother and would constantly belittle her and ignore us. The building got so bad, my mom moved both my little sister and I, out.I do miss it though, I still consider it home. Truth be told I recently snuck into the building to see how it was. Nostalgic AF!!!!!!! Same old elevator, same old rec room, same old calendar, they moved around the basketball court but besides that everything's the same.
