I called with the expectation of having to bring a pendulum clock in because it stopped working. Instead, I followed the instructions on the phone to troubleshoot and after 10 minutes, voilà, back in the swing of things. I appreciated the initiative and willingness to help, great service!

Michel is remarkably competent, efficient, and service-oriented. He came to my home to fix my antique French mantel clock, which he accomplished in about fifteen minutes and at an unbelievably reasonable cost. I highly recommend this extremely able horloger!

Mr Proulx a nettoyé, huilé et remonté mon horloge grand-père (qui a presque 100 ans) de façon tout à fait professionnelle. Il est venu à la maison 2 fois et m'a expliqué clairement le fonctionnement de l'horloge et comment je dois m'en occuper (ma mère viens de me la donner). On voit que c'est une personne minutieuse et qui a la passion de son métier. Je le recommande grandement.

Michel is very professional and really knows how to fix a grandfather clock. My parents clock was dismantled and not working for a long time. He mentioned that it may take a few weeks to go and have a look at it. He was there in a few days. He fixed it completely and also followed up with my parents to see how everything was working. They are so happy to have their clock working again and are enjoying hearing the beautiful chime.I highly recommend his expertise.Thank you again Michel for your terrific work!
