Birdsall Inspections LLC is great value for thoroughness, time spent on site, areas inspected on site, and prompt reporting, with easy to understand coding, accompanied by photographic evidence. Tommy Birdsall was already there inspecting the outside of the property, prepared with the gear to go anywhere to find the things that were to be inspected with the structure, such as septic pump lock on. Tommy also is a certified inspector for the US government which is important for VA, FHA backed mortgages. He is knowledgeable about federal guidelines and expectations. He is certified for much more than residential inspections and knowledgeable about NH state inspection guidelines per county and town. I was very pleased with the time and care he took as he inspected for safety, sanitation, and structural. Tommy publishes the report within a 24 hr period making it available to all parties for the which the buyer of the report wishes it to be sent. He continues to work with you should you have questions or concerns about what is in the report and does not hesitate to go into further written detail if needed. Tommy is professional, points out to a potential home owner everything he is inspecting, the age and maintenance records of systems in the residence and will also explain how to work anything should you have questions. Tommy is, in my opinion, a great investigative home inspector, pointing out what is good as well as what needs to be addressed without being an alarmist. His color coded report is easy to understand, and explanations with photo accompaniment is outstanding. I only wish I could give him more than 5 gold stars.

Tommy was able to come out on short notice and on a Sunday no less. He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of home construction, very personable attitude and happily answered my questions, he even gave suggestions on how to fix the areas that needed repair.He very thoroughly inspected the house and quickly emailed me a fully comprehensive report in easy to understand language complete with detailed images.I have recommended him to my friends who are in the market for a new house and he is the only home inspector I will use in the future.

We hired Tommy to inspect a home we’re in the process of closing on, and he made a Sunday morning work for us which was amazing so we could both be there! I called Tommy to schedule and inspection and when it seemed like we may not be coordinate our schedules, he talked through the house with me on the phone, asked a lot of questions and gave me a ton of great advice and recommendations.I can tell he loves what he does, he’s extremely knowledgeable and cares about helping people as well. Tommy conducted a very thorough inspection and took the time to point out many things that I would have never noticed. He kept apologizing for taking so long, which was totally unnecessary as his 160 page report was evidence of his attention to detail. I'm not usually one to leave reviews unless I'm very impressed or not. In this case Tommy's ability to document everything that he did in such a timely manner was incredibly impressive. Tommy Birdsall was great!! We hired him to perform a pre-sale home inspection prior to putting our home in the market.He spent nearly five hours thoroughly inspecting my home, taking his time to explain in detail issues that would be problematic as well as providing a very clear and detailed report with pictures and recommendations.
