Currently living in a building managed by Larlyn. Megan and Valeriya are my management team and I can’t thank them enough for always being available, helpful, and caring about the residents in this condo. Lots of management companies have come and gone but these guys are awesome!

I live in an apartment complex managed by Larlyn. Over the years, our building has seen many management companies come and attempt to fix the issues in our building. As soon as Larlyn took over they were able to immediately fix the issues in my unit. Alvin and Valeriya are a pleasure to work with.

I have been working for Larlyn Property Management Ltd. for the past 3 months and it is going really well. I enjoy working here. New industry to me, lots of learning and looking forward in taking the course to become licensed.

I have really enjoyed my experience with Larlyn Property Management. All issues that have popped up at our condo complex have been resolved quickly and the staff responds quickly and courteously.

Larlyn has managed the building I lived in for several years now and I've found their communication to be timely and clear. Each time I call or email I recieve a quick response.

I would like to share my experience with the property management company responsible for managing the condos at my property. Unfortunately, my overall impression has been far from satisfactory, and I believe there is considerable room for improvement in their services.One of the main issues I have encountered is the lack of effective communication and responsiveness from the property management team. It often takes an unreasonably long time to receive responses to inquiries or address maintenance concerns. Timely and efficient communication is vital in maintaining a smoothly running property, and this is an area where they have consistently fallen short.Another significant concern is their failure to adequately address and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner. Whether it's a leaky faucet, malfunctioning appliances, or general upkeep, the response time and quality of repairs have been below par. It is disheartening to see a lack of attention to detail and an overall lack of commitment to maintaining the condos to a satisfactory standard.Furthermore, I have observed a lack of proactivity in addressing community issues and enforcing rules and regulations. The property management company should take a more active role in ensuring that residents adhere to the guidelines set forth in the community, fostering a harmonious living environment for all. Unfortunately, this has been a notable area of neglect.In summary, my experience with this property management company has been disappointing. Their communication, responsiveness, maintenance resolution, and overall management of the condos have all fallen short of expectations. I sincerely hope that they take these concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements to enhance their services.I encourage the property management company to reflect on the feedback provided and work towards providing a better experience for the residents they serve.

I have had overwhelmingly positive interactions with Larlyn, specifically working with Valeriya. I phoned the Edmonton office and was helped by Valeriya who walked me through ordering documents from Condo Papers. Valeriya was kind, patient, and thorough in her explanations and guidance- a true professional!

Absolutely loved working with Valerie. Very pleasant and always made time to meet with me. Will be working with them again!

My company has been doing work (Mtce, construction, repairs, etc) for Larlyn for the past 10 years on over 400 doors spread over 5 properties. Of my 24 years incorporated, I have never dealt with a company so transparent, professional and responsive. My contact (Audrey) is accessible all the time and replies to my every query. They honour their contracts and pay their bills in a very timely fashion. I value my relationship with them and highly recommend their company for your project management needs. Their care level for property, overall, is the best I have ever seen.
