What a great store, and amazing staff. I visited for the first time last night and wow! I was greeted by all of the staff and they went out of their way to help me even though they were in the middle of a two day sale and were very busy. They gave me suggestions on what would work and what wouldn't as I am very new to quilting. I am taking a class here in a few weeks and after my experience last night and the warm welcome I received I cannot wait to go back.

I highly recommend this store. Truly professional staff, friendly atmosphere, exquisite stock. They can never do enough for you. Have had 2 very old sewing machines refurbished. They work excellently, and staff was able to adapt new machine accessories to my old machines to enable me to quilt by machine. I am more than happy to rate this store in its entirety as a top ten on a scale of low as a 1 to the highest 10. Thank you so much for yourpatience and expert advice on the floor or over the telephone. I can not wait to visit your store again.

As a new customer I have been really impressed with the selection of fabrics, and especially with the very high standard of customer service; I purchased a new sewing machine from them, and have been using their online ordering service and curb side pickup to purchase fabric and notions - the speed with which orders are filled was great, as it meant no stopping in the middle of projects whilst I waited two days for things to arrive. Their prices are very competitive, often 25% lower than huge online companies, and their friendly, knowledgeable attitude has guaranteed that even a beginner like me feels welcome and able to ask questions and get advice. Thank you for reigniting my love of sewing!
