We are new to Halifax and are staying in a rented apartment. So we needed some place of our own and a good neighbourhood which will help my kid to grow up in a nice environment. And as we are new here, we needed a one stop solution in our realtor, who is not very aggressive like many others whom we met, and yet very effective. Among all of the realtors we have met, Margaret and team was the one who we could trust blindly. She and her teamhelped us in finding the best option possible for us- can't tell you how much fun we had while taking a look at all the properties. I came to know Halifax more through Margaret's eyes. I think we have been connected now forever and I have someone to trust and go to for any property related issue.The best part being the friendly, welcoming and warm nature of her team. Margaret will always meet you with a big smile (I could see it in her eyes with half of the face beingcovered). I would suggest to all the new buyers/sellers that if you want hassle free property dealing, your go-to place is Margaret and her team. We were nervous as first-time home buyers and didn't know what to expect, but Margaret and her Fiona made the process easy and enjoyable.One aspect that stood out to us was her knowledge - she understands what to look for in a property and is always spot on.She was extremely patient with us and never imposed her perspective on us; instead, she would make recommendations based on her experience and skills, and ALL of her ideas and advice were always fantastic.We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Margaret and Fiona and are delighted to have purchased our first house with her.Look no farther if you want a competent, knowledgeable, incredibly nice and lovely realtor.

Margaret had now represented me for two home purchases. I have recommended her to many friends, who have also had wonderful experiences. She is incredibly knowledgeable about building issues (foundations, electrical, foundations, code infractions etc.). During the inspection process she connected me to so many competent and trustworthy professionals who were able to provide expert advice on any issues that came up. She and her team are very prompt and professional. Every time we requested a viewing she was able to set it up almost immediately. I never felt pressured by her, and always felt that she had my best interests in mind as a buyer. I will continue to recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
