Legacy Heating and Cooling

We bought a furnace and water heater costing almost $10,000. We were told by the sales person that the furnace would come with its filter and spoke so highly of the great service we would receive. I did give two stars because they were on time, professional in demeanor and the work seemed to be good (waiting on inspection) however, they stuck in a cheap one inch filter when it should have been a 5 inch, husband had to ask for proper filter and they did not seem to have one, just removed one from a casing they had in their truck and even then it was not the 5 inch as promised but only a 4 inch and we were told the 5 inch are more expensive so most people just use 4 inch anyways. When we bought the most expensive furnace they had, you think they could have had the best filter (even if it was expensive) to go with it. As instructed by installer, we asked the city to come and inspect; the city messaged to tell us the permits had not yet been requested by Legacy. They did lay down mats not to dirty the floors which wasn't really an issue for us anyways, but they did not apply any care to keeping walls clean because there was a bunch of dirty marks on the walls where they installed the thermostat. I figure if you are bragging about how wonderful you are, it might be a good idea to make sure to follow through on all promises...if you did not have the right filter, at least offer to bring one by later or have it delivered! It was not the level of service we had anticipated. Beware of the sales talk because it makes it sound like you are going to get a service check at no charge and yet the person who gave us the info at the end made it sound like that was something extra to pay for. Confusing and disappointing. Also, if you finance, there is a 99.00 fee, just a heads up to those considering.

They were very friendly and kind. Answered all our questions and even helped my husband Roger move furniture into the house as we were moving in. David W and his partner were amazing and I highly recommend legacy heating!! Thank you so much. FYI this is our second AC unit with them. They installed in our first home and we had no issues. I had Dalton and Branden install A/C in my home and they did a super excellent job. The workmanship was of high quality and very neat and tidy. Legacy was very responsive in sending an estimator and two days later was able to book me in for the install. We are very happy and won’t have to melt this summer.Thanks Legacy.Had my first free one year maintenance checkup today and it was very thorough. Even had a few pointers given to me in how to save energy.

Excellent service from the guys at Legacy. They were professional, knowledgeable, and helped answer all my questions about the AC install. They worked away all afternoon and showed me exactly what was happening from the AC unit right to my thermostat. 5 stars from me and I'm glad I have them backing me up with all the equipment for the years to come!

It’s been a year now since I had the new furnace and AC installed. Legacy has been very good at addressing or explaining anyy concerns before and after the installation. Service techs who also have come out to do maintenance have also been very professional and nice to deal with. Great at answering any of my questions.

I have very impressed with all the employees I spoke with during this process.. They communicated every step they did. The quality of work was is amazing and they cleaned up everything very well. I was gonna go with another company at first but I had to follow up constantly and legacy was the complete opposite. They had issues with putting the thermostat cord in because of how the older thermostat cord was put in. So they just throw in a wireless thermostat for free. They didn’t even try to sell me things I didn’t need nor did they try to convince me to purchase the higher end models. Without a doubt If I ever need to purchase anymore equipment without a doubt it will be from legacy

Excellent service from sale to install to cleanup. Immaculate workmanship, professionalism all the way through. Very nice hardware, works amazing so far. I replaced my water heater. The first person I dealt with was Stephanie and she was very helpful. The installers were great. Professional, clean and they explained things well. They respected my home and were even great with my dogs.

Great service provided today for my A/C and UV light installation by John and his team at Legacy. The install team called ahead, arrived on time, did a site inspection with me and went over the entire installation process. I appreciate how clean they left my site, and they were very happy and professional. I was impressed with John’s explanation of what everything did, how they work and what they did for the installation.It was a great experience all around.

Dealing with Legacy for the installation of an AC unit was a pleasure right from the beginning. The sales person that came out was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.Then, the technicians that came to do the install were professional, polite, tidy, and went above and beyond what was required in an effort to provide really amazing customer service - which is rare these days.We are very happy with our experience with Legacy so far and would highly recommend them.
