The service is very good. The clerk has professional knowledge about skateboarding, with a good attitude and patience. It really helps me,a beginner, solve a lot of problems!

Great un-invasive staff. Guy named Keith was helpful when he needed to be and gave plenty of helpful info, gripped the deck I bought and did an awesome job.

Riley was amazing. Great product knowledge.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I bought ripndip slides there back in august and the motivation of the employee was incredible

So I usually don’t write reviews like this but I have to share the bizarre experience I had on Wednesday January 11th. I went in to return a necklace I bought and changed my mind on. When I walked in I saw a lady that was present on the day I bought it and she asked me why I was returning it, I explained I changed my mind. Then she proceeded to ask me if the necklace made me happy. It was as if she was guilting me into not returning it. I should have got her name and reported it sooner but this interaction shouldn’t have happened in the first place. If I choose to return something that is in perfect condition and I have a receipt I shouldn’t be quizzed on why I am returning the item. Especially if it’s personal intrusive questions like that. I think whoever runs this store needs to reevaluate training for their workers. Long story short she processed the refund but it felt like mental warfare to get to that point and extremely awkward.

I went to Zumiez the other day and was pleasantly surprised! I don't really understand skate culture and was pretty overwhelmed when I entered the store, but a worker came and walked me through everything I wanted to know! Thank you Zeina for helping me find what I needed! She was very sweet and recommended several products to me.

Idk yeo its either most those kids are high or maybe i looked weird but those employees all but one didnt stop laughing the entire time i was there .im not joking . They stood in a group and i think they were saying i looked funny or somethimg bc they were laughing looking over at me but i maybe just hallucinatin . 1 guy wqs super helpful in person and 1 girl was very helpful wen i called .
