Len and staff provided excellent service in repairing my recliner. They fit their arrival for pickup and return in my available time frame. Couldn’t be more pleased. UPDATE-My recliner had a part that broke on this past weekend. Len called on Monday to determine what happened. He came in the afternoon and repaired the chair on the spot. Couldn’t ask for a better person who provided excellent service. Kudos to LEN!

Wonderful customer service. We have severalLa z boy chairs, including one purchased at Forever Furniture, that are critical for my disabled husbands’s comfort. Three of them needed fixing and we were delighted with the service we received. The crew picked up the chairs, moved our remaining furniture, repaired them, brought them back and moved the furniture again—all with good humour and a smile on their faces. The repairs were excellent. Thank you!

Service we just received from Len at ForeverFurniture was outstanding. He communicated quickly to us and repaired a reclining chair where a wire was tangled up with the footrest. He was able to fix it on the spot without having to take it to the store.Forever furniture has been great to work with… initially when we were looking and now with the services department.Highly recommendedPat and Lee Barnes

We had a problem with the springs on one of our older model Lazy Boy chairs. After speaking and. Emailing further details with the store, our chair was picked up, repaired and returned to us in 1 week. Len and Larry were professional, courteous. I bought an expensive couch and chair from there a few years back and the cushion part on the couch starting coming apart. I phoned them and they sent 2 men to come and look at it then told me the company does not make them in that colour of leather anymore so nothing they can do about it. This was a very expensive set, none of the other pieces are damaged at all and I find it very strange that they cannot get the colour in (beige) so there is nothing they can do. I do not have small children and have a declawed cat that does not get onto the furniture so have no idea why it would just split in numerous places on one cushion. Very disappointed with their answer to this problem.
