One of my fav locations, all the girls are super friendly and it’s always a calm atmosphere. Victoria is amazing, she always helps me find cute outfits, always listens to my needs and makes great suggestions! Her service is incredible and I love having her help me. Thanks for a great experience always!

Awful customer service, the girls were extremely rude. Did not follow the return policy’s that are in place. I had to get on the phone with Aritzia customer service to get bramalea store to issue my refund. I was ignored for 30+ mins standing at the cash register. I hadn’t got a single smile, thank you, your welcome, nothing. They were extremely unprofessional and rude.

The girls that helped me return my leggings that I got for Christmas were super sweet and helpful. I was in and outta there decently fast, given that I ended up trying on a pair of thebutter flares and a sweater I ended up buying

I always have such a great experience in this store. It’s super organized and clean, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Anytime I’m looking for something specific they are always able to bring me options (cheaper and more expensive) to make sure I am satisfied.

Bought a jacket for my dad and it broke on the seems. I called the store to see if we can exchange it for a new pair and it was a super easy process. Great customer service and thank you for assisting us!

I recently had a really great shopping experience at this Aritzia. I came into the store and was warmly greeted by one of the girls. She was able to help me with styling an outfit for an upcoming work holiday party. She even helped me with the sizing and length of the effortless pants to fit petites. Additionally, the manager helped me find the perfect colour of the scarf I was interested in. She even helped me place an order online to get it shipped to me in time for my work party! Even though I was shopping before they closed during their extended holiday hours, they were still so accommodating, helpful, and friendly :)

I went in to this store in the afternoon, during the week. I believe because I may not fit the stores typical shopper ( black female, mid size)All store associates were rude. No one smiled no one greeted you. I will not be shopping from this location. An if this is how all artizias are I will not be supporting them at all.

I have been a long time Aritzia customer, this is my local store and I have always found the service to be top notch and very friendly. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this location, they are always welcoming and make me feel comfortable. Today I had a personal styling appointment with Shaw and she was AMAZING, I had a great experience, I walked away with pieces I loved and they had special ordered for me but also ones Shaw picked out for me that really fit into my wardrobe. I am so happy with my new pieces and will be back time and time again for more! :)
