Worst experience ever,Manager is so rude and unprofessional. He doesn't help costumers to do refund and see what do they need he was like I don't help you do what ever you can! He didn't do the refund for me and simply said they fraud easily!!!!

Was very aggressively pressured to buy a phone after saying I will come back next week. Basically wasn't allowed to leave. I understand this wasn't the associates fault, the company obviously pressures them to do so because of commissions or anything like that

Met with Ifthaker today on a black friday. He gave me an excellent deal. It was much better deal than corporate EPP discount plans. He saved me lots of hours looking for deals. I was amazed with his level of knowledge. I strongly recommend him for cell phone plans. Keep up the good work.

The shopkeeper was extremely polite, knew exactly what cases and screen covers I needed for my new phone, he installed them all for me in moments. They also have a very reasonable system for replacing glass shields when they inevitably get cracked. When I didn’t totally like the case it’s picked out, the shopkeeper exchanged it for another even though I’d thrown out the box. Then, he insisted on giving me a $10 store credit because the new case was less expensive. I will absolutely come back here in the future.

First, The kiosk guy who signed me up made an error on autopay amount, $29 instead of $19, for Freedom Mobile. So I had a top off balance when I tried to cancel my phone line. Second, “top up” in the account can not be refunded or transfer. I had $60 remaining in my account and they will not refund me. Pretty much just stole $60 from me. You live and learn. This is what happens when you go cheap. Will stick to Rogers.

worst mobile store in Vancouver!!!!manager is so unprofessional and rude his name is Ekthekar. He was so rude and mean to the costumers.Never buy anything there and do not suggest it to people. he should be fired to learn to respect to customers right. I asked him some questions and asked him to help but he turned his back and denied to answer and when I complained he just said it is what it is do whatever you want!!!!!!!it is unbelievable!!!
