The professionalism and the attention received at Echo Audiology was simply outstanding. Karine followed-up personally after the consultation, if there were improvements, etc. The client service was fantastic and I highly recommend this place for any audiology related problems / concerns, regardless of your age! They also offer a bilingual service which is great for the Orleans-community. Thank you Echo Audiology!

It took me a while to write a review because I wanted to get a second opinion before I posted anything here. I’m pretty upset and disappointed that I wasted my money coming here. This was the first time I went to an audiologist to get ear wax removal so I wasn’t sure what to expect.I visited Echo Audiology to get ear wax removed and I was charged $80 for a 15-minute ‘consult’ which left me with the same issues I had going in to the appointment. The person I was dealing with was nice enough but did not help my ears at all. I sat down for my appointment, explained how I was having trouble hearing because of wax build up so she tried cleaning them out.For 15-minutes she blasted my ear with water a bunch of times, which wasn’t making anything better. At the end of the appointment she recommended I get drops (which were $10 on top of the consult fee) and try to remove the wax at home. I went out to get the drops and was surprised that I was charged $80 for a 15-minute appointment that did not help my ears at all.I went home pretty upset, and when the clinic called to see if I needed a follow up appointment I just said it wasn’t necessary even though my ears were still in bad shape. I didn’t want to give them anymore money.So I ended up going for a second opinion to the Murray Hearing Clinic. When I went there it was a completely different experience and the person there was able to clean my ears completely out with a machine. I told him how Echo Audiology rinsed my ears out with water and he looked shocked. Apparently when you have wax build up like I do, blasting the ears with water only makes it worse and he said the person at Echo Audiology likely pushed everything in my ear further back, making it more impacted.I can’t express how disappointed I am with the service I got here. As mentioned before, the person there was kind to me but they ultimately made my ears worse and charged me a ridiculous fee that isn’t covered by insurance. I will not be returning here again.

My family and I noticed in the past few years that my father is experiencing hearing loss. Having worked in construction his whole life, we were not surprised. I decided to book an appointment for him with Echo Audiology for a hearing test.I was really impressed by the quality of the service we received. Karine, our audiologist, made sure my father was comfortable throughout the testing, she was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the hearing test and results. As we expected, my father will need hearing aids. She showed us all the options available and we were relieved by how small they can be. Karine also showed great integrity and suggested we apply for potential financial coverage and did all the paperwork with us. We are very satisfied with our visit at Echo Audiology and highly recommend to go see them for a hearing test or consultation.Thank you Echo Audiology :)

When we first found out we needed a hearing test, we decided to call Echo Audiology, as we have heard good things about their services. Not only did we receive an appointment in a good timeframe time, when we arrived, we were very impressed with the clinic as a whole! Their COVID protocols are amazing, their staff are kind and friendly, and the main office space is very clean, comforting and so professional! We received such great service from the Audiologist, Karine Bossé, She is very knowledgeable and explained all the tests and results with confidence - all while answering our millions of questions! She had created a clear plan for the way forward, which made a tough situation much easier to bear and understand. Looking forward to our next appointments! Thank you again!

Some hearing loss from ear wax buildup concerned me. Had all my questions answered. The procedure was well explained. She touched all the bases. I just had absolute confidence in this experienced audiologist. Not the tiniest bit of my typical anxiety surfaced. The results were significant and immediate. Thumbs up!
