Ann is always in a good mood and ready to help you out! I needed to match a DMC floss that I had lost the number to, and she patiently went through all her stock to find me the EXACT match. I was very happy :)

It disheartens me to write a negative review on a small local business however I feel the need to share my experience here... I took a bridesmaids dress in to have it altered a month and a half before the wedding I was in. During the fitting I was body shamed. She kept making comments about my hips and that I should have bought a size up in the dress. I don't think any woman has a right to make comments about another woman's body shape, no matter what the circumstances are. After waiting 3 weeks (after being promised it would only take her 2 weeks) and numerous phone call attempts, with no answer and no voicemail, I finally went to pick the dress up. When I got home and tried it on there were numerous things wrong with it, almost as if a child had done the work (I'm not kidding). I took the dress back the very next day that her store was open (now 2 weeks before the wedding) and showed her what the problems were. She did admit that she messed up and would promptly repair the dress and I would not be charged, which I respect. Overall, I would not recommend Ann's Fabrics for alterations.
