Not a real company. They phoned me soliciting me telling me I might be eligible for furnace upgrade. Then told me a service man would be in my area. Told me my old address. I asked them for their address the response was I am no entitled to give you it. They called me.

My experience with this company was a positive one. They inspected my furnace and gave me options to upgrade. Very professional and straightforward. Put the new one in and took the old one away. Very nice job on the installation. No mess when they were done. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied.

I received an unsolicited phone call from a man who was named Albert Quinn on June 20, 2023. He convinced me to schedule an energy assessment inspection for June 22, 2023 between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. and stressed how important it is that we honour the scheduled time slot since these inspectors are quite busy. After waiting some time for an inspector to come at the scheduled time, we received a phone call at 12:30 stating they missed the appointment. They stated that they have been very busy and tried to reschedule an appointment at which time I declined and will not be interested in this service in the future!

I had a very good meeting with a company representative. He did what he was sent to do, he was pleasant and didn’t waste my time or his. Nothing threatening or uneasy about his visit to my home.

RED ALERT. Telephone solicitors. They want to come in my house and case the place. They do not respect the National Do Not Call List.

Unsolicited phone calls! They do not care if you are on the do not call" list. Very intrusive questioning. The guy on the phone kept repeating the same script over and over. Did not answer simple questions such as "Tell me about your company". Stay away!"
