I have been seeing a chiropractor for years and recently switched to Kristen. I am so happy with this decision, Kristen is kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She takes the time to fully assess you at each appointment, and fully listens to any concerns you have. Kristen is an incredible chiropractor and I highly recommend her to everyone!

Kristen is a great chiropractor and massage therapist. When I first saw her I had constant back pain and she fixed me right up. I have been going for regular chiro and massage treatments and am feeling the best I have in years. I highly recommend!

I really enjoy seeing Dr. Kristen for massage therapy. She is easy to talk to, caring and passionate about her work as a massage therapist and chiropractor! Her studio is very warm, calming and comfortable which I love! I highly recommend seeing her for massage or chiropractic (or both)!

Kristen is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. I felt tremendous relief in my left shoulder after my massage which was bothering me for months! Kristen uses her Chiropractic knowledge to target certain muscle groups, that differs from other massage therapists I have had in the past. She also creates a therapeutic space of comfort, relaxation and healing.

I’ve seen Dr Kristen several times now and it’s such a treat. I initially started seeing her for intense pain in my shoulder and after two treatments and a few stretches she recommended it was all better and hasn’t resurfaced. I love the option of adding on 15 - 60 minutes of massage just a great one stop shop for body care. Plus she is so personable and her in home office is very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Kristen is amazing!! Right from your first appointment it is clear she cares about your health and well being. I recently tried her option of doing a 15 minute massage after a Chiro treatment. It is awesome!! It is the perfect treatment for me. I get a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders so it is great to have to option to just focus on that for 15 minutes. I can get a Chiro treatment and a massage treatment in just 30 mins. Amazing!! Perfect for moms who don’t have a lot of free time! Highly recommend living skies Chiro!
